VERY USELESS APPLICATION THE WORST THING IS YOU CAN NEVER SPEAK TO ANYONE THEY ARE KEEN FIRST DAYS ON REGISTERING YOU GET PHONE CALLS ONCE THEY TAKE THE MONEY ITS ALL NOW ON TEXT YOU CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE WHILST SETTING UP YOU ARE LEFT TO IT UNABLE TO COME OUT OF THE CONTRACT WASTE OF SPACE AND ALSO VERY BASIC GETTING VISITS NOT APPEARING AND WHEN YOU TRY CONTACT THEM YOU GET LATE RESPONSE THEY REALLY DONT CARE NO CUSTOMER SERIVICE ONCE MONEY HAS BEEN PAID

I've scheduled a Demo the day before it was due, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that they actually had time for it on such a short notice.
Ben Amos was the conductor of the Demo and I could not thank him enough for all of his dedication, extra time he allocated for our meeting and the way he managed to explain everything. About 2 hours prior to the Demo itself he contacted me to find out if I had specific requirements, he took it all on board and actually took the time to prepare scenarios prior to the scheduled meeting (10/10 for initiative and finding solutions). I was pleasantly surprised with the features that the system provides, it's flexibility in some key areas of unfolding and planning our activity, and the extra perks which would definitely assist my organization to keep up with all the CQC requirements, as well as the support and community which come included with the package.
This is an honest review through which I would recommend their services, and I believe that they will keep getting better and better.

JJ was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We worked closely together to ensure Birdie went live on the agreed date. JJ made the entire process seamless — always approachable, responsive, and just a phone call or email away whenever support was needed.
We all got very lost in the start up process and was looking at creating a whole new hub as everything we did wasnt right. I vented my frustatrations to an agent on the chat who got me in touch with an onboarding manager Megan. Megan has been a lifesaver, has weekly zoom meetings with me where we access the system together and she has basically step by step helped us set up the whole system. We are now live and it has been smooth sailing the whole time. Megan has been the best at communicating, showing, explaining and repeating herself until we understood, and we couldnt of got this far without her.
Fantastic customer support from all members of the Birdie team, an easy transition from paper based to digital, Birdie is a complete game changer for my branch and has helped us to become so much more responsive to our customers needs and in helping us to support our care team to deliver the most outstanding care. For anyone worrying about moving over just call and speak with the team, they will put your minds at rest and support you every step of the way.

The problem I needed assistance with rumbled on for a couple of days, other priorities got in the way.
Esme left the chat open so I could continue with her when I was able to. Esme was very patient, especially because at times I just wasn't getting it. This was not because she wasn't explaining it correctly, but because I wasn't reading her instructions correctly. Nothing was too much trouble and I couldn't of completed this task without her.

We moved over to Birdie last year and have found that it is so much more easy to use and self explanatory. We did have a few teething issues at the start but Birdie were very open to having discussions to share ideas and organised video calls to show us key features that we had missed. Our previous system wasn't enough to be fully compliant so we had to double up work but with Birdie, the system has everything you need to be fully compliant and we can use Birdie to complete everything needed for client care plans and staff personnel files. For the first time, we have been able to allow family members to view client files, visits, etc which has been amazing for families to see the amazing care that is being delivered, which also brings more reassurance for them. If we do come across any issues, we are able to activate the Birdie bot who can give direction but if we do then need to speak to somebody, it also gives that option and the team are quick to respond. The Birdie team are always very friendly and happy to help with any queries, they will always be thorough and quick to resolve the situation at hand.
Since adopting Birdie, our entire approach to care has been transformed. The platform has revolutionised the way we work making every aspect of our service more efficient, transparent, and person-centred.
