Waiting for refund since 2 months
I am waiting for my money back on a returned item for more than 2 months, my emails do not get properly answered and my inbox is flooded with sales emails that I did not ask for. What an idiotic situation.

Watch out for hidden rules!!
I will try to sumerise my frustrating experience in Malta..
So I purchased a pair of low walking shoes in their sale at 69 euros they rubbed my toe to a blister whilst wearing them in the hotel...I returned them to be told as I hadn't taken the box (although I was not informed that that would be an issue) there was nothing they could do... after a very emotional discussion for over 20; minutes I exchanged for a pair of boots for a higher price again with no box as they kept the box...they were too big so I took them back to be greated with the same palavor 'you have no box!!' I did manage to exchange for a smaller size eventually.
So beware of non UK rules, the customer is not always right in Malta...
And the best part they are advertised c£10 cheaper in the UK!!

Brilliant service in fosse park Leicester
After having a not so good experience in highcross Clarks I went to fosse park Clarks in Leicester, I had a wonderful experience for getting my sons first pair of shoes. I was looked after by Eshanna she was amazing so helpful she measured his feet and I couldn’t find any shoes in his size so she went out of her way to go and find me some from the back, and found me a beautiful pair of first shoes for my son, he was very happy with them. I will definitely be going back to the fosse park Clarks again, thank you for making this special moment even better.
I love Clarks but the delivery service is terrible
I love Clarks, I have many pairs of their shoes but the experience of buying online from the Netherlands is really terrible. They use UPS as their delivery service and many times your shoes are not delivered at home but brought to a Service Point. If you want to return them, you have to pay 4,99 euros and you cannot choose to send it with any other company. UPS is not available in every city, so I had to go to another city to return the shoes.
When I bought them, they said the return was free but they still charged me the 4,99 euros.
I already had 3 pretty bad experiences with their delivery service, so sadly I will stop buying from them.

Appalling Service
I ordered a pair of trainers on line on 15th Nov, the consignment was lost? Clarks sent out a replacement on 3rd Dec, I am still awaiting delivery 2 weeks later?
The most appalling company I've ever dealt with ? Avoid at all costs.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I inquired about the validity of a gift voucher as I was told in store I could not use it. The agent was not helpful, proceeded to send me terms and conditions which stated that voucher is still valid based on laws in the Republic of Ireland. Overall the shoes are poor quality anyway so unsure why im fighting for this voucher. For kids, get clarks to measure the go online and buy biomechanics, much better quality and durable for hard wearing kids.

I placed my order 20 days ago and still…
I placed my order 20 days ago and still no parcel. Tracker is stuck and nobody has replied to the chat/to my contact form or emails. I lost 60 euro and I don't know whether I will have them back.
EDIT: the parcel finally arrived, the order is as shown. Luckily all was sorted out this time.

The worst customer service
Order number - 1013429321. Case number 964141.
Without any exaggeration - the worst customer service I have ever seen. Have raised two cases 3 weeks ago which were merged and cancelled with no response still.
Another case raised (as escalation) through the website, still no reply. Hours have been spent on the phone - no answer. The package has been returned and received on 24th September, still no refund. Avoid buying anything online at all the costs. You won’t get your money back.

Zero customer service Clarks.
Customer number 115584654 Ordered shoes in store Liverpool -paid for next day delivery - unfortunately assistant did not complete post code properly meaning shoes were stranded in DPD depot.
Tried repeatedly to contact Clark's whose website says they are "happy to listen" and my call is important to them- they appreciate me hanging on!
Kept on hold for 40 minutes - still did not answer my call. Sent 3 emails- no response.
This is not a company that cares about it's customers. Very sad state of affairs.
Now I am out of pocket - and no shoes.
I have to wait for DPD to return the shoes to the company before I get a refund.
A further call to the customer helpline yesterday 09/09/25- completely useless and a waste of time- not a helpful employee - actually I would go as far to say she was rude.
Rang again today and after 30 mins waiting to speak to someone I was buttoned.
Really exasperated and cannot believe the poor level of customer service provided by Clarks a once respected shoe company.
Called Liverpool again today who whilst sympathetic they cannot refund me. I have to wait until DPD return the shoes to Clarks.

Refund Experience after terrible shipping experience

Shipping was 2 weeks late, when I posted my first negative comment the package was finally shipped a few days later. Now I sent back a pair of the shoes I bought (wrong size) but instead of 91 CHF which I paid, I was only refunded 72.80 CHF (72.80 US$ is marked as Price in return tracking website, but it is wrong). Contacts with Bot/Customer Service are not working. Never again.

Shipping to Sweden not working
You are not able to buy from Sweden. Customer service keeps saying clear you cookies or you are in the wrong website. I urge Clarks’ customer service to visit the Swedish website and try ordering. IT WON’T WORK. Please fix it
Never follows through, became a scam
I made an order on 5 august (order number 1012660237), with a projected delivery date of 11 august however I have not recieved any updates at all. The money is out of my account, but I only recieved confirmation of my order and no further updates. UPS claims to not have the package yet, and the clarks NL website bot does not work. After sending three messages via the contact form, it is still radio silence. Unfortunately no phone number is available either. At this point I just want to cancel my order as it clearly appears I will never get my shoes, however it does not appear I can get in contact with them to even do that. Severely disappointed.

Clarks refuses to refund shipping despite law
Clarks is refusing to refund shipping cost despite EU law. Very slow to respond to emails. No number to call. They make it very difficult to get in touch. My online order was delivered on 9 July. On 22 July I created a return label for the complete order (within 14 days, right of withdrawal). The order was returned by me on 24 July. Because the complete order was returned the shipping costs should also be refunded to me in accordance with standard consumer rights. Please therefore refund 4,99 euro to me as soon as possible. This should be done within 14 days after return was registered.
My reviews keep being removed
I have a situation of orphan transaction, in which I paid by reference and entity and my money never got to the brand, yet I received a confirmation email. When it went past the expected delivery date I decided to contact by calling since no one up to yesterday (23th of July) answered my contact forms, and at this point I sent more than 10 and even filled 2 complaints (we’re talking about since the 28th of June). I even spoke with three different assistants, the last one being completely rude, unhelpful and ignorant, each time I call I get different responses as to why I didn’t get the order nor the refund. The only positive point I have to enhance in this experience was the first assistant Dorrian Damons, that was extremely helpful and even though it took longer than it was supposed to, she successfully understood the issue and transmitted it to the financial team.
Apparently now they refunded me but it was unsuccessful so they asked for my account information but didn’t provide an email or contact to send it to, so now I provided my information to email addresses I don’t know if are legit, the refund is still not processed and my reviews in this platform KEEP GETTING TAKEN DOWN even though I provided proof of the purchase and the issues with it.

Order on Clarks.com stolen, no help nor answer form customer service
Ordered on Clarks.com on the 27th of June an dI still have nothing (we're the 15th of July).
Order has been sent via UPS, they never showed up and marked the order as delivered.
I contacted customer service on the 4th of July, not a single sign of life from them, sent them a reminder too, still no answer.
I still have no refund no solution nothing, contacting them is like blowing in the wind…

This company is definite a scam
I dont even think this company exists. I have been getting the run around since 18 April 2025 with bogus emails regarding delivery and wait times. As of today 12/06/25 I have had no response to my emails and a refund which I am still waiting for. I have nothing to show for the money which was taken quite quickly out of my account and no shoes which I find discusting.
