On site technician ( Richaud) was great and kept us informed all along the way.
Matt and Shannon (from CPI Charleston)were our TV install team at North Myrtle. They faced some challenges when they arrived. Two of the 5 rooms where a rep prewired for install -the 2 most important rooms- living room & theater room- were prewired at incorrect placement on the walls.
Matt problem solved and worked diligently for HOURS to overcome the wiring placement on the walls. There were a ton of issues besides wall wiring but Matt overcame each of them and our final install is working out. Highly recommend Matt for preferred installer. He’s brilliant and frankly, he was awesome at soothing a customer (us) who were extremely upset and ready to tell CPI to come get their equipment. Matt saved CPI a customer.

Their customer service and billing department are among the worst of the worst. I tried to cancel service in August 2025. They continued billing my account thru Jan 2026 and who knows maybe February as well. After numerous calls and chats with their customer service I finally went to the BBB. Hopefully the charges will stop and they will refund my account for months of erroneous charges. Too many choices available now that are cheaper and have better customer service. Buyer beware!!!!
