Utterly useless
Utterly useless. I would give zero stars if I could.
No communication between the bed being ordered and it being delivered.
Did I say “delivered”? Nobody was in when the delivery company called, so it was actually dumped on my driveway.
The packaging for the mattress was damaged, so that was all wet.
The bed was delivered incomplete, with no headboard.
The telephone number on the website has been disconnected.
They don’t answer emails or messages on any of their social media pages.
I’m now completely in the dark with a useless, damaged, incomplete £700 bed sitting in my lounge, and no way of getting in touch with the company.
What a pile of garbage this “company” is.
I ordered a headboard on 01 December…
I ordered a headboard on 01 December 2025, I received a text message to say my order had been received. I took a screenshot of my original order for safety reasons.
Go on their site to track my order, it tells me my order doesn’t exist, I’ve tried phoning, but the number is out of service, I’ve emailed and had no reply.
This is a scam company, do not buy from here.

Poor communication and a sodding wet mattress
Poor communication. They pass your name and address onto multiple couriers. Got a text to say delivery tomorrow (3rd December) between 5-8 pm. Cancelled my plans as I was going out. Bed doesn’t arrive. Get a call at 10pm on a Friday night, I have your bed can I deliver I’ll be 20 mins. Fine whatever. Well today I’m dragging the mattress upstairs alone, get it upstairs, mattress is soaking wet!!! I am beyond angry.
Dreadful customer service…
Dreadful customer service unfortunately. Ordered bed on 10th Sept with an expected 5-15 day timeframe for delivery. Received bed frame 4 weeks later (late at night after told a tyre blow out) and they didn’t have the right size mattress on the van. Another two weeks of messaging, (apparently van vandalism preventing delivery) and then given a delivery date (but another van breakdown (apparently) resulted in a failed delivery. Received mattress following day (again late at night 22:40pm!) after a 1-4pm time slot given and lots of ignored messages. Not 100 per cent happy with bed quality in all honesty. Seems to be made of cheap cardboard and wood. We went for a Naples fabric divan chesterfield bed with drawers and paid extra for reinforced bed but doesn’t seem like it. Mattress seems good quality though now we have the right size.(pocket sprung option) Decided to keep it after all the upheaval but don’t know how long will last. Will not use this company again!

Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company. All positive reviews are fake and all 1 star reviews are a true reflection of what this company stands for ! Bed i purchased is starting to break and after less than a year and is completely substandard quality. They have admitted this on email and promised to resolve this but have been ignoring me for several months. I am in the process of taking this to court to claw back some costs to purchase a new bed from a reputable retailer. If you are considering it please go elsewhere

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Bought a bed with floor standing headboard from this company. Terrible communication regarding delivery only got a date once I started emailing and pushing. Text on a Friday to say delivery will be Sunday between 2pm and 6pm, day arrived no communication until 7pm when driver called to say he was over 2 hours away so arrived after 9pm ( not good with young children in bed).
Unpacking and base was damaged and headboard padding not glued back meaning you can push the padding back and forth, cheep product poorly made.
Tried to make contact on the Monday by phone (joke never answer) and email with no response till the Wednesday. Arranged collection and refund told 5-15 days for collection (joke) and refund won’t be done till it arrives back with them from courier.
Day 14 and no further communication or the bed collected.
I have prepared a county court claim as they don’t seem to want to sort things and give you money back.
STAY WELL AWAY FTOM THIS COMPANY (if you can call them that)!!
Headboard
I placed my order for a headboard on the 5/8/25, however haven’t heard anything with regards to delivery etc.
I have the tracking App, which just says preparing shipment. I have tried calling the contact number provided, but nobody ever answers. I have also sent several emails which haven’t been replied to.
The company seem quite happy to take your money and then there is no communication after that. I wanted to place another order, but won’t be after the poor service i have received. If i don’t receive the headboard, i will be taking this matter further.

They were the most unhelpful company. I was on the phone for hours trying to get someone to answer as had a problem with the pistons. When they finally answered the phone they answered it with a YER , i said is that cuddle beds he just said yer again. They were most unhelpful, saying I just need to force the bed shut , but I said the screw can out when we done this. He said he would do a video call with me to show me how to close rhe bed as if I didn't know!. Never heard the i order another bed from a lovely company and when they came to deliver and fit me bed they looked at this cuddle beds one and saud all the pistons were out of line and was never going to close , he moved them all for us and now it closes perfect

Communication was minimum regarding the delivery of the bed. Was only when I was in contact that they confirmed a rough date for it to be delivered. Could not fault the delivery guy, he was very friendly and efficient. However, when it costs £100 for delivery into room of choice and only one delivery person turns up, meaning that you have to help them lift everything upstairs, it’s not acceptable. Not the drivers fault as more staff should have been with him but would advise anyone against paying the ridiculous charge when you have to do half the work yourself!
Nice bed but improvements needed in communication
Communication was poor throughout the process. Little information shared other that 5-15 days for delivery when the order was placed and nothing thereafter . I would have liked to have been given a specific date sooner. When I pressed for a specific date via sending multiple emails this was slightly outside the 15 day time frame. However it did arrive and the bed frame is lovely. We ordered the orthopaedic mattress which is very firm. The delivery guy was very helpful and pleasant.
Poor communication
Delivery was a long time, no communication after placing my order. I chased it twice and they said it would be done by the end of th3 week. Didnt advise me when it was dispatched a week later. Got a text from a delivery company which I wasn't sure if it was a scam.

I would give zero stars if possible. Poor customer service, lack of communication. Bed was due to arrive on or before the 10th of July. Did not arrive until the 28th of July. Side boars of bed has a hole in it. Parts missing so cannot use the bed. Emailed the company twice to notify of above issues, with no response. Delivery driver asked me could he wash his face and hands with warm water while the other one stood beside him looking at me. Felt very uncomfortable. Packaging of the item was with pieces of rag material.very bad quality, service, delivery, customer service and communication. Still awaiting a response
Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Communication
I had a very frustrating experience with this company. First, my order arrived several weeks late with no clear updates or communication about the delay.
When it finally arrived, the items were incorrect. I was given the choice between a small refund (€30) or a replacement. I chose the replacement, but shortly afterward, they simply changed their mind and decided not to send it—without any proper explanation.
Since then, they’ve gone completely silent. No responses to emails or messages. It feels like they just stopped caring once they had my money.
Overall, extremely poor customer service, broken promises, and no accountability. I would not recommend this company to others.
Truly awful experience
Truly awful experience. Waited months for the bed to arrive. Nice bed but the internal headboard screw bolts fell into the divan part so headboard cannot be attached fully. Promised replacement T nuts but never arrived and emails now being blocked. Asked for a refund due to waiting months on end for the bed to arrive, they offered only 60 euros but only refunded 40 euros.
I've also now notice that the fabric design on the headboard isn't fixed. The fabric has loosened and now looks baggy, the desired design is lost.
I willn't be ordering a bed from them again.
