Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Communication

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. First, my order arrived several weeks late with no clear updates or communication about the delay.

When it finally arrived, the items were incorrect. I was given the choice between a small refund (€30) or a replacement. I chose the replacement, but shortly afterward, they simply changed their mind and decided not to send it—without any proper explanation.

Since then, they’ve gone completely silent. No responses to emails or messages. It feels like they just stopped caring once they had my money.

Overall, extremely poor customer service, broken promises, and no accountability. I would not recommend this company to others.

Company then said they would send the bed out later Which didnt happen.Onto Paypal again company eventually delivered bed at stupid o clock in the morning When I tried to put it together there were no fitting holes for the headboard on one side.Delivery guy came from U.K. to deliver the bed was cheerful about the only good thing about this company

Do not buy from this company!

Bed purchase and delivered. My wife sat on the bed with our baby and the bed collapsed underneath her. We had also paid £60 for reinforcement. Upon inspection the bed is made from very cheap pine and cardboard, and absolutely no reinforcement. They are cheap and nasty beds made to look nice. Trying to resolve the issue with the company has been an absolute nightmare, and I have had to resort to claiming via my credit card company for misrepresentation and breach of contract. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Stay well away!!!

I wouldn’t even give this company a star. Has been hell from start to finish. Delivery took over 5 weeks do deliver. When bed was finally delivered the base was damaged. There was also a headboard in their van when delivering ours and the headboard was cracked in half! When I said about my damaged bed they offered someone to come out and fix the damaged piece. Which would probably take another 5 weeks.. I said no I would like some sort of a refund and they are refusing that. I don’t trust them to deliver a piece to be fixed. They are cowboys and really can’t understand how they are still in business. It’s a disgrace..

SCAM! DO NOT USE

If I could give this less stars I would! After waiting weeks for the company to finally confirm the bed will be delivered (late) I was awaiting a confirmation email/tracking number. Never came so chased them to request and apparently “they don’t use tracking numbers” which seems strange.

I have asked repeatedly for updates and money back and nothing!

I’ve had to take time off work to accept the delivery and nothing came.

This company is appalling and I not legit from what it seems!

“Tom” & “Jay” have not provided any useful information nor have they tried to rectify or resolve the issue!

Please avoid and save yourself the time, money & hassle.

Order was placed on 10th January 2025

Order was placed on 10th January 2025. Following a number of emails regarding delivery, it finally arrived on the 9th February 2025.

On checking, it was the wrong mattress - sent email on 10th February. "I ordered the Elizabeth Mattress (picture enclosed) but what I got is a mattress wraped in plastic (grubby) with no label on it and it says “Tencel”. "

Following this daily emails and telephone calls ~(at my expense) seeking a full refund were futile. I was advised that I would receive a partial refund - difference between two mattresses. As a result I finally put the mattress on our bed on the 5th March 2025. After only 3 sleeps the mattress collapsed in multiple locations. I again advised the Company, seeking a full refund.

Also to note, I am recovering from a serious leg injury and was advised to purchase a good mattress by my physiotherapist. This mattress has caused me nothing but stress and "heartache". As a result of the colapse, I have had to get additional physiotherapy sessions for back and leg strain.

Management informed me that it would take 2-3 weeks to collect the mattress and when that was done they would then process a refund. THIS NEARLY PUT ME OVER THE EDGE.

Following more emails and calls, eventually I was given a refund last weekend, 23rd March 2025.

Also to note that, as advised above, the mattress when delivered was in very grubby plastic and when we finally opened it and put on bed, we discuvered there was a terrible musty smell off it. This has gradually gotten worse.

If Cuddly beds are to collect the old mattress, it will not be stored in my house as I do not want to put this smell in to one of my other bedrooms or hallways. I have advbised, by email, that I will pay for the mattress to be recycled locally. I have not received a response to this email.

I would give 5 stars......

I would give 5 stars but it was difficult to get the bed delivered. Delivery did take 5 weeks. I ended up emailing them everyday after the 15 working days but in fairness to them they always contacted me back. I had a review up giving 1 star but I deleted it because i absolutely love the bed. It's fabulous . 🤩

buy elsewhere

The bed is ok but not good quality (you get what you pay for, I guess). There were dents in the wooden frame covered with upholstery material, if you look you will see it. Drawers are a lot smaller than the ones in my previous bed of a smaller size! Delivery took several weeks and when you call to ask about the progress the person on the phone has no idea about anything, they just say "next week" every week. Also they delivered a piece of someone else's bed together with mine, I only realized it when unpacked everything the next day. We called and ofc they say they gonna come pick it up...next week. Someone's headboard is still chilling in my hallway. I don't even want to know how long they've been waiting for it. Overall, very stressful but the bed is ok, not amazing. I'd not use them again.

DON'T BUY

Title: Terrible Experience – Item Not Delivered

I purchased a bed from this company on January 6th, but they only contacted me on January 30th to inform me that delivery would take place the next day (January 31st). They assured me that the driver would call 30 to 15 minutes before delivery, but that never happened.

After waiting for hours, I reached out to the company via email, and they provided me with the driver’s phone number. When I called, the driver claimed that he had left my bed in the morning on the stairs of my building. The problem? I don’t live in an apartment, and there are no stairs outside my house where he could have left it.

When I contacted the company again, they initially admitted that it was not my fault and assured me they would do everything to resolve the issue. However, after repeatedly requesting updates, they changed their stance and insisted that the bed had been correctly delivered. They also falsely claimed that the driver had called me (which never happened) and even sent a photo of the delivery in front of a building where I do NOT live.

I requested a refund, but I received no response. It has now been over 45 days, and I feel like I have been scammed. The company refuses to take responsibility, does not solve the issue, and does not respect its customers. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone!

We waited over 5 weeks for our order

We waited over 5 weeks for our order. Then half the parts were missing. When we got the parts and put the bed together we found the velvet was dirty, then we realised the beds were missing their feet. The metal on the bed frames is like a cheap plastic and doesn’t stick properly.
