Totally unacceptable
Totally unacceptable. I ordered an item from Amazon Prime for next day delivery. I get an email that says my package is delivered only to find out the package is for someone 3 suburbs away. When I call to find out where my package is I get an overseas call centre and no matter how much I explain I get told it will take 48 hours for and "investigation" despite the fact I called 10 minutes after my package was "delivered". I cannot get someone to call the driver, I cannot get a supervisor all I get is fake apologies. Amazon needs to drop this sham company quickly.
If I could give -5 stars I would.
Every single time I order from Amazon they choose this horrible delivery service. 75% of the time they say they attempted delivery and I know for a fact they never bother to drive down our dead-end road. One day they said they attempted delivery at a time that hadn't yet happened! I call them and they give me the runaround. Recently they "attempted" delivery 2 days in a row and then just never bothered coming again. I called to see where my package was and they said they'd look into it and call me. They never bothered to call. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I do blame Amazon for continuing to contract to them. I complain at least once a week to Amazon and nothing seems to change. Pitiful.
Terrible communication
Terrible communication. Delivery hasn't arrived. Claimed 2 x attempted deliveries, I was home both times. No door bell rung. No communication since last 'attempted deliver' 5 days ago. Tried to lodge complaint online - not working and wouldnt allow me to submit. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I've asked for refund from Amazon.
Dragonfly failed to deliver my parcel…
Dragonfly failed to deliver my parcel as they claimed they could not find the address. When I complained then they claimed the parcel was damaged and returned it to Amazon
Dragonfly is a fraudulant company
Dragonfly is a fraudulant company. They take money for shipping, then 'lose' the package. Phones almost always disconnect after the first ring, and tracking is unhelpful, usually saying the driver couldn't arrive in time and they'll try again another day, but they never do. Given that they are the couriers preferred for Amazon, and that once the package is considered lost when it's a week late and can be refunded in full by Amazon, I can only assume Dragonfly staff are keeping the packages and selling them for profit. I have reported them to the ACCC/Office of Fair Trading.
Parcel treated like Garbage
My parcel was thrown onto the front lawn like a piece of garbage. It was in open sight for anyone to see. My Instructions as to where to leave the parcel safely were very clear and access as to where to leave it unobstructed. Obviously the delivery driver has no respect. Fortunately I was at home when notified so I was able to collect it almost immediately. We Have never had a problem with any other delivery service. I’ve since lodged a formal complaint with Amazon. Hopefully they will not use this useless company again.
took too long for delivery
Pathetic service
Pathetic service, fradulent behavior of delivery driver, never delivered item but took photo from the street and left taking parcel with him. Multiple calls made to follow up but no resolution. I would rate negative if I had options to do so.
Delivery Company 'Dragonfly'
Delivery Company 'Dragonfly' are absolutely hopeless. I have a parcel box beside the front door with a sign 'Parcel box' on the top but Dragonfly refuses to put the deliveries out of sight inside. I have complained every time they deliver but nothing happens. Today was the last straw - they dropped the delivery on the footpath near the letterbox. How long before deliveries are stolen. I will be contacting Amazon to see if they can do something.
Do not let these fake reviews fool you
Do not let these paid and fake reviews fool you. These are THE WORST couriers in the world.
Between leaving packages in the rain, dropping packages out of cars, dropping them from heights, ‘attempted delivery’s’ which are a lie.
Pigeons carrying packages would do a better job!
Worst delivery experience I've ever had
First of all every single time my package gets delivered via dragonfly is usually late. Secondly, the last time I got a packaged delivered via dragonfly the driver THREW my package [which I have on film due to cameras], luckily nothing was broken that I could notice - I ordered a handheld sewing machine, very easy to break. I contacted saying that this was unprofessional and something could've easily broken but got no response.
The worst courier in Australia
Yesterday the delivery driver left an Amazon package on top of our letterbox, where it was unprotected from the weather and an easy grab for anyone walking or driving past. We’ve had ongoing issues with lazy drivers from this company and it’s the only courier service we’ve had these issues with. The company doesn’t seem to care as they don’t respond if you report unsafe deliveries to them. I contacted Amazon and they said they will prioritise another courier service for our deliveries from now on. I really hope so.
Dragonfly are liars who dont deliver…
Dragonfly are liars who dont deliver packages. They will send you a fake notification saying they attempted delivery, when they never even turned up. If your order uses Dragonfly, prepare for a bad experience and extremely poor customer service.
Dragonfly and Amazon
Five years with Amazon and no delivery problems. The FIRST delivery they used Dragonfly for did not arrive when promised. They said no one was home or they could not get access. I was home, they had authority to leave and for five years Amazon drivers had been able to access my property. BAD FAIL.
Liars
Was told parcel couldn’t be delivered, said they tried my house on the corner.Idont live in a corner house plus the streets they named don’t meet.
We were home all day .
I rang to complain and the person on the phone was obviously eating chips ,very disrespectful.
Was told they would try again the same day and would be there about 7 surprisingly the office closes at 7 ,so couldn’t ring BUT I will today .
Can I score minus 5
You should allow a minus score this company is useless I don't know why Amazon use them. Drivers that cannot even find an address.
I would rate them zero if I could
I would rate them zero if I could.
It took eight attempts to delivery my package. Every time there was a failed delivery I was lied to - being told 'no-one was there' to accept the deliveries when the desk is manned 7am to 1am and someone was there on each occasion that they failed. I received one false message (delivery attempt no 5 I think) saying package had been delivered including three 'proof of delivery' photographs - two photos of a totally unknown building nowhere near my place, and one, taken from a car at the wrong end of my street, none of them with the package in them - so proving nothing. And on speaking to customer service I was told that was a "system error" and that the photos had been taken days earlier and uploaded in error. On finally receiving the package, the box looked like it had been dropped from a height then stomped on. It contained among other things glass jars - smashed to pieces - and also a boxed gift with the box so badly damaged it had to be returned/refunded too. A total failure from start to finish. I do want to say that on the three occasions I spoke to customer service they were very polite, although they seemed to have no useful information and did not resolve the issue. Shame on amazon for using Dragonfly.
Dragonfly driver theft
Dragonfly driver delivered my package. 10 minutes later he returned and left another package that was not mine and took my package away. No proof of delivery photos were sent. But the whole incident was captured by my front door camera while I was out. We are now missing our package and have another package that is addressed to a different person in a different location !!!
Poor service from local driver
Second delivery with this company, Courier drops items from waist height take a a photo and walks away. By far the worst company Amazon has used to deliver for them.
As someone that work in the transport industry I push on to my couriers "treat ever package as your own" if I find out you throw, drop or mis- handle items better start looking for another job
Worst delivery service ever
Worst delivery service ever. Don’t use this service.
