I can't believe how this company is operating. I called costumer service and they can't help in any kind of way.
I gave them a window for delivery of 9 hours a day and they can't make it.
They showed up 5 times not realizing that they are always late ! Now, whatelse can I do to finally receive my parcel ? Unbelievable !

I have had to reschedule my Amazon return pick up 3 times because this company keeps saying they couldn’t access my building. I have put my phone number, my buzzer code, there’s a receptionist. They don’t even attempt to contact me. I get an email saying they will be here in an hour and then they “attempt” pick up 7 hours later. Absolute trash service.
Worst ever
Worst ever. 25% success rate at receiving my packages on time. The rest... anywhere from 2 days to a week late. And if you manage to get though to their customer service they tell you they sent a msg to the warehouse and the driver will contact me about retrying...never hear from them. I now refuse to do business with any amazon partner that ships by dragon fly. I run a small business and I cant have such an incompetent service delivering to me.

I would choose zero if I could. This company not only did NOT pick up my Amazon returned as promised. The company went so far as to fabricate a document attached to a false picture of a package the looks nothing like mine.

When I finally got through to speak with them-after 20 minutes-2 the representative claimed she could not hear me, even though she seemed to hear me when I insisted she not hang up.

I am disabled and the Dragon fly driver Mohit driver for Toronto, Ontario in the East York area phone number 437 878 2808 assumed and expected me to go down stairs and pick up my package. I told him I could not and that I really needed my package, please don’t leave He lied and said there was no parking for him and he could not deliver and hung up on I called him back and said I had arranged for my neighbour to go down to meet him on short notice. He called back in literally 10 seconds later stating there was no one there. When my neighbour reached downstairs, the driver drove off. I called customer service and that experience was even worst. The customer service agent acted dismissive and seemed quite annoyed with having to listen and answer my questions regarding a solution. He was talking over me and condescending. Can’t get access to speak to a supervisor. When calling Dragonfly there is a recording stating that they will not tolerate any verbal abuse and so on. Well that should have been a clear sign of the quality of service I was about to get, cause their customer service is less than ZERO!!!!!!

No delivery yet! Been over a week and always some excuse is given. This is the third time we've had problems - first 2 times with a Canadian online company and this time via Amazon. Two hours spent on the phone with their Customer 'Service' which is always pleasant but useless. Company used to be called Intelcom - changed their name to Dragonfly, with no improvement. Do not use Dragonfly!!
I was returning 2 products from Amazon, they sent Dragonfly to pick it up. The driver scanned both products and left. I received an email saying that the products were picked up and a refund was given. A month and half later, I get an email saying they only received one of the products and they charged me back for the other product not received but picked up at the same time! Now I'm dealing with Visa to reverse that charge as both products were returned. They need to look at the driver or the DC centre where they receive back the product. Once it left here it is no longer my responsibility but that of Dragonfly. Amazon needs to get a better trust worthy courier company.
Lying, stealing crocks
This company lies and steals packages. Amazon should be ashamed to use them as it's their packages they are stealing. They lied about attempting to make a delivery. Then the next day I got a notification saying it was delivered, I checked my security cameras and of course it was not. Called them, once I informed them I have cameras they said they made a mistake saying it was delivered. Then sent a Pic of the label of my package to show they had it. Still havent seen it. Nothing but lying, stealing crocks.

You need a — minus star for this company, their drivers lie and make phony excuses as to why they didn’t deliver an Amazon two day delivery.
Out of 9 orders with 2 day delivery they have failed on 7 of them. One delivered to next door (they’re out of town till April) if he hasn’t made the trip up it would have sat there till April. Too much snow, road is plowed and my concrete driveway is bare as is the front deck. Worst I’ve ever seen.

I prefer honesty as dragonfly sent an email saying parcel could not be delivered as could not access property and no one answered door which is not true as my driveway was very clear and I was home all day an was watching for the delivery
Contents stolen
My package was opened and tapped shut again before it was delivered to me. The content inside were stolen.

They have a very loose definition of a successful delivery!
For homes, they consider any part of your property including the end of the driveway as it touches the city street as, 'your' property and thus a successful delivery. For me, I live in an apartment building of 200+ units.
The lobby is common area for all residents and easily accessed by anyone following anyone in, or buzzed into the building. But the lobby is the maximum they'll deliver our packages which is B.S. Much like dropping packages off at the end of your driveway. They are the WORSE delivery company!!!
And this isn't the first time I had to go downstairs to the lobby and hunt around the furniture and other stuff down there to locate my package which was unceremoniously dropped at the door. So after I buzzed the driver in and our auto open door opened. he simply threw the package on the ground and left!
They once delivered it the outside of my building before the security door. Under the overhang at our front driveway of our building. They literally left it outside in the rain, full of holes where their drivers grabbed and tore at the mailing bag to make a handhold to grab it easier. It was a robot vacuum cleaner from TEMU. Now its a 10lb paper weight. TEMU refunded me in full, but seriously Dragonfly should be the ones to pay!!!
But when we return stuff to Dragonfly, they expect door-to-door delivery, but won't do it themselves. WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!
Crappy delivery service!
Crappy delivery service!! Unreliable. Sends emails regarding delivery updates stating it will be delivered in an hour. Nope! Did not get delivered until few days later. Although delivery instructions are sent to this company as per request it was never taken into account. Customer service is a junk and waste of time. These people don't know anything. This happened multiple times (at least 6 times or more) and nothing has changed. I like ordering items from Aliexpress and they seemed to like this courier but I truly wish they would pick another courier company as this dragonfly is just a useless shit.

Absolutely terrible service. Package was delivered to wrong address and cannot be located. Been on hold for hours trying to sort it out. Couldn’t hear two different agents on the phone and both hung up. Avoid at all costs!

Great communication and delivered earlier than expected. The delivery driver, Ramanpreet, was great. Receiving text messages to let me know the package was on its way and then again when delivered was a nice part of the service.

We have had nothing but troubles receiving packages that we have ordered through Amazon! They purposely do not deliver packages claiming they cannot deliver dir to our driveway being not accessible. Pure lies, we are home all day everyday, our lane is scraped clean after every snow. They use excuses. Every time we call, they give excuses and tell us they are delivering the next day! Absolute crap..been over a week waiting. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER FOR ANYTHING AND TELL AMAZON NOT TO USE THIS CRAP COMPANY!!!
