2 attempts to deliver the package, both failed with reason 'company closed' even though I live in a house. I called Dragonfly customer service, very friendly. Together with the agent I made some delivery instructions and also left my phone number.
Days later I get notified that the package is out for delivery. Later that day I get notified again: "Failed to deliver: company closed". No phone call, no instructions followed.
Next day I call Dragonfly again, agent on the phone admits that they don't check drivers actually going to the right adresses. Agent admits that the process often fails. Package is now going back to Amazon and I have no guarentee that another order won't just end up in the same loop.
Meanwhile, Amazon says contact Dragonfly and vice versa. No clue when I'll get reimbursed nor whereabouts of my package.
Bad delivery
It is unfortunate that you don't get a window for a delivery time but there are worse things.
The problem was that the driver put my package in the mailbox, in which it didn't fit. So he just put it on top which I think is a shame. I think he didn't care for my package to arrive. He just wanted to do it fast, I assume.
The worst thing is that Dragonfly asks for my preferences which i happily gave; "you can put the package at our reception". Well that didn't happen.
Another stupid thing is that Dragonfly's website guarantees that the driver doens't deliver packages when he thinks it isn't safe. This guy put the package in the worst possible spot ever.
Random pictures of my street, barely ever deliver
Dragonfly is only good at sending me random pictures of the delivery person's car or houses hundreds of meters down my street. I am absolutely baffled Amazon gives this company money. They have failed to deliver and lost many of my packages.
The Gold Standard
They just do what you would expect of a delivery service and more. Delivery drivers will shoot you a text/call if there are any issues and they need a quick response. Always timely with their deliveries. Never had issues with their services
Absolutely the worst shipping company
Absolutely the worst shipping company. Everytime I order from amazon I'm hoping it's not them doing the delivery. Something goes wrong 8 out of 10 times. Either they leave the pakkage at the wrong adress or they don't bother leaving it in front of the door but out on the street for anyone to take, even found my pakkage amongst the paper waste container once.
Fast and reliable
Ordered with a next day delivery as I needed it by 18:00 next day. They delivered earlier than I expected and provided detailed status updates
The driver followed the delivery…
The driver followed the delivery instructions: phoned me and waited for me to pick it up in person the parcel.
Awful service
Awful service. Took photos claiming they delivered the package in the lobby, and it wasn’t there when I checked. Didn’t bother ringing the doorbell or coming to our door. Will have to claim a refund for Amazon if it doesn’t show up within 48 hours. Very frustrating Amazon advertised next day delivery, yet the amount of stress and time wasted following up because this courier is unacceptable.
Goede en snelle service
package not found
Hello,
I was at home the whole day and waited for my package. I got an email that your package was delivered. I went outside and checked everywhere out, unfortunately I couldn't find my package. Where was it,
Nice delivery guy and perfect condition…
Nice delivery guy and perfect condition of the package
No pick-up point, no contact
There is only an option to let them know if they can deliver it somewhere around my house. I live in an apartment building in an alleyway in a city centre in the Netherlands, so no just ring the doorbell. Every time I've been home but they probably either didn't want to put in the effort to try or went to the wrong address. After 4 attempts it went return sender. No option for pick up point or to contact them to explain things to make sure they actually bring it to me somehow. Amazon then also made a mistake by not automatically refunding the return, it took me 2 months to get my money back. Rather just have the items cause I still need it, scared to reorder incase they use this company again for shipping.
I cry when I see Dragonfly as the delivery company
For multiple times and for different addresses they refuse to ring the bell and deliver personally.
I've had packages left abandoned in multiple UNSAFE places.
They completely ignore all and any delivery instructions.
Great delivery service
