From the moment I had applied for a new job at DHL
It’s been approximately (10) months since I’ve applied via online job search ( DHL .com) .
I’ve been absolutely, utterly amazed with the whole process of direct and professional with prompt responses with fantastic results.
I’ve been in new role , and the feeling has been a d still is the best since over (3) decades.
It’s an unbelievable and very promising company, with an extremely rapid and highly motivated workforce, teams , and management.
The experience allows of being a part of such a large global organization, is a very , extremely proud feeling and experience, where everyone has a free voice to share and participate in not only local but national and international business communities and get involved with global important projects.
Here we are all connected, we all are updated , through our Smart Connect app.
This I’ve never experienced before, I’m coming in to a time of life , where if I had this experience earlier in my working career, I would stay with DHL till as long as I am able to .
Really , it’s a wonderful and very rewarding experience and highly recommend to everyone at all levels, of generations who want a opportunity and a professional business career , our opportunities are endless, here we can do it for sure .

Fake "couldn't access"
Absolutely terrible experience with DHL. I stayed home all day waiting for a “next day” delivery, eventually got a message saying they couldn’t access my address. No one rang the bell, no missed call, no DHL van anywhere near my place. I think they mark it as failed without even trying.

Drivers dont even attempt to deliver
Waited twice for delivery. Only to get notification that the driver cannot access address. I was waiting the whole time and never even seen a DHL van. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday, delayed, Monday, delayed. Sheer incompetence. I would never recommend DHL as a delivery service. This parcel was supposed to be next day delivery!

Scam site, don’t trust them!! I got ripped off!!!
Thankfully 𝐸͟𝑑͟𝑒͟𝑛͟𝑏͟𝑢͟𝑟͟𝑦͟•𝐸͟𝑙͟𝑙͟𝑝͟ was able to retrieve my £47,300 without any problems or delay.

Very poor service
DHL were supposed to have picked up an item yesterday from the Removals company I used to pack and send a guitar. It was supposed to have been picked up from the removals company between 2-4pm yesterday and delivered today. Image my distress when I got a message from DHL saying they had been unable to pick it up (no reason given) and that they would try again on Monday. I had sold this guitar on eBay and by their terms it was supposed to have been picked up yesterday and delivered today. So DHL have let me and my buyer down. It’s impossible to speak to someone at DHL on a Saturday morning. So I had to deal with a very disappointed customer. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

They never ring the bell even when you are in. Today they left my package in a 'safe space' when I collected it the box was open and instead of the glasses I ordered there was a shower attachment inside. I can only imagine the contents of multiple orders have spilt out, the delivery driver has stuffed whatever he/she can into the nearest box available and delivered it just so they can make their quota - creating more hassle for the customer having to contact the retailer, (who are suspicious) and then having to wait more time to be able to see again!

Always the scare to see package coming with DHL. Their tight delivery windows and work policies force horrible deliver quality service. I had to today go seek neighbours that arent even in my building for package that I didn't know was going to be delivered today. Still don't know where my package is.

I was waiting for the delivery of a debit card. It was supposed to arrive on Friday. No delivery. Saturday came and went with no delivery again. After following up with DHL, I was told the package, which is very small, had been “mishandled” at their sorting facility.
Monday arrives and we stay home specifically to receive the delivery. The driver rings the bell at our condo. I immediately head to the door and get there in less than a minute. The driver had already driven away.
We called DHL immediately. The call centre could not reach the driver and offered plenty of apologies, but no solution. Apparently nothing could be done.
For something as critical as a debit card, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Mishandling packages, missed deliveries, and an inability to contact drivers shows a serious breakdown in operations. Apologies do not replace accountability or reliable service.

My package was dumped on my door step and when I tried to pick it up it was all leaking and damaged .this is a joke now you can't get through to anyone to report this.you suppose to take care of people's goods not throw them about .I've lost out now so thanks alot.
Pure incompetence
I just watched the courier arrive at my house, but he didn't even leave his car, then the order status immediately changed to 'We missed you.' This has happened many times before where I've been home waiting and they just take it to the post office anyway, but this time I saw it with my own eyes.

Absolute disgrace. I contacted them because a parcel wasn’t delivered after a week they said the parcel was lost and get back to the company I purchased the item from because they’d cancelled the case. Absolutely disgusting PLEASE avoid using them. There customer service is useless
Worst carrier ever - no delivery in Schalkwijk
No matter what the shipping is when DHL it’s delivering it I am sure it will not be delivered, it’s just one of the few certainties in life, every single shipment comes with an issue, they generally report that I am not at home even though I am. On my last delivery for example the carrier reported I was not at home at 2:30 and then at 2:34 the same day, just to avoid the home delivery and bring the parcel to a pick up point and guess what, I was at home. I filled tons of complaints, nothing changed.
