The window cling didn't work and they are giving me the run around about refunding my money. They keep saying they haven't received the product yet when I sent it 2 months ago...... cost a lot to send back too

Ordered window cling that was supposed to look like vertical blinds from the outside... after 4 months I received the order. I could not believe it was what I ordered. Looked like the folded plastic coated table cloth your great grandmother used to have. This company should be band from selling anything in the US! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Oh God I don't even know where to begin. I placed my order for their mirrored nail polish. I also bought a lamp, base coat, top coat and gel remover. Well the package finally arrived 3 1/2 months later smashed. The led lamp doesn't work, the mirror nail polish isn't mirrored at all and they are smaller than a tic tack container. The base coat and top coat leaked out of the bottle and the gel remover is dried up. This is the worst company that I have ever bought anything from. The customer service sucks a**!!! This place is a fly-by-night.. A scam!!! I'm still fighting with PayPal to get a refund bc this company doesn't do as they say!!! So stay clear of this company and take your money elsewhere. I've had a better experience with wish and the products were nicer and better quality for what I paid on edealme.

DO NOT BUY!! It took over 2 months to receive nail polish. Not only that, but the nail polish is horrible. It goes on clumpy and looks nasty. Worst ever. It states 100% money back guarantee, but fails to say you have to pay for return shipping to China which costs more than I paid for it.

If it had a 0 this would be my choice. I ordered the mirrored nail polish 2 months ago on May 30 & still “HAVE NOT” received my order. They keep making excuses due to the pandemic shipping is slow and that my order is on its way. I got scammed for $27.42 and they will not refund my money. Anybody know where to report them too?

Everybody says they haven’t gotten their product it’s been 6 to 7 weeks I’m gonna say mine arrived probably in about 10 weeks but I did get it I ordered the chrome one silver doesn’t look chrome but I had my doubts when I ordered it but maybe I should’ve bought the topcoat that came with it not for sure I wouldn’t say this was a terrible product because I kind of knew going into it that it wasn’t going to be true

Paid and never received after 2 months..

I placed an order in May and it has not arrived yet. (7/19). After emailing several times, I was told the order would be "checked on". Disputing the charges.

Do not buy from this company. First, they quoted a delivery of 7 to 14 days - it took 3 months to get here from China. Second, it was nowhere close to what we ordered. We ordered some very basic "magic headbands" and they sent one that was a skull figure on the front, and the other was a flowered design that we didn't order. Third, the quality was junk. The material was very thin, and the edge wasn't sewed, so it will just unravel. Fourth, when I requested a refund, they said I'd have to send it to China and pay the shipping cost. I'll never buy from them again.

Horrible. Got ripped off

HORRIBLE place to do business with. Ordered window film. Shipping very slow and when window film finally arrived, it was not what I ordered. No where on website did say indoor or outdoor application. They sent outdoor application, which I cannot use. After numerous emails, they will not do good their refund promise. They will not send return label and do not guarantee return. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM. CHINA COMPANY UGH ZERO STARS

Ordered nail polish almost 7 weeks ago and it has not arrived. They have answered emails but just blag nonsense. Luckily I only spent £8

They ship from China, but make out it is USA on website. Please save your money - their facebook adverts are a SCAM!!!!

Wish I could make that zero stars. I ordered window cling material, for the inside of a window. I took 1 month to arrive. They sent the type for the outside of the window. They say that I need to send it back to them and then they will send me a refund. Doesn't matter that they sent the wrong product in the first place. I had a feeling that I shouldn't order from this "company" - but the product on the website looked like what I needed. In addition to sending the wrong product, it is nothing like what the website shows! Do NOT order from edealme!

Ordered a product (mirrored nail polish) 2 months ago that never came. Awful customer service. Refused to issue refund. Do not buy from this company! Would give zero stars if that was an option.

Ordered buy 3 get 1 free mirror polish 7-8 weeks ago similar to the other review email came that it was shipped and update shows usps has never received!! I was RIPPED OFF. Numerous unanswered emails!! Do not buy it’s a SCAM

9 weeks and no product. Received email 2 days after order indicating item has shipped, tracking number indicates that 6 weeks later USPS still has no package. eDealme claims item left their warehouse enroute to their 'shipping partner' and they have not yet delivered to USPS. It's a total SCAM, this item has never shipped and they are claiming COVID-19 delays.
