My parcel has been lost. I’m now at the claim stage, and they are making me jump through hoops and making me feel like it’s my fault. I’ve sent evidence of what I’d posted, but they are doing everything they can to not pay me! Only £20 value! Plus what I paid them for the service they didn’t provide! £29
The parcel was supposedly insured but I can’t see me getting a refund as they continue to put hoops out for me to jump through

Awful customer service. Placed an order, and my laptop picked up an old card, so CB contacted me to say my order had not gone through, and gave me a link to amend my card details, which I did. I had a special code for % off, so it placed the order with the discount, but their system then also placed a 2nd duplicate order at full price, and so charged me twice. I contacted CB immediately (as I get bank notifications of transactions, so saw the double order immediately) CB said that they could not refund their error, as the order had been dispatched (within 2 mins!) and I had to return the order and request a refund. So now I am inconvenienced due to their error, and they couldn't care less, basically said tough luck!!! There are better beauty sites out there such as SpaceNK

Very close to the stadium, so very convenient

The communication on the run up to the event was excellent. The only issue we had, was on arrival the driveway was full of DIY waste, so no space to park! We knocked on the door, and the owner was very friendly and moved his own car off the drive, so we could still park!

The sessions with Kevin have really benefited our son. Great quality of teaching, well prepared, and fantastic follow up reports, so that you can see how your child is getting on.

The system is very organised in arranging tuition and payment too. Great for busy parents!

Ordered a T Shirt almost 2 months ago now, it’s not arrived and no response to emails! Scam - avoid!!!

Our local Hermes delivery lady is great! We had issues previously, however since she has been delivering we have had no complaints!

I have ordered quite a few things from here! The facemasks took a while to arrive, but I understand they had a lot of orders for them! Everything else came quickly and was good quality. I ordered a few cushions and they are really lovely quality! I will definitely use again!

Ordered nail polish almost 7 weeks ago and it has not arrived. They have answered emails but just blag nonsense. Luckily I only spent £8

They ship from China, but make out it is USA on website. Please save your money - their facebook adverts are a SCAM!!!!
