Still no refund. The company told me that they will send me the money for my insurance for my lost package within 30 days. Now it's more than that and still they tell me to be patient.
I'm struggling with this package since Oktober 2025. first I waited super long because they lost the package. Now I'm waiting for my money that they apparently don't won't to pay. Worst service and worst logistics company ever.
Had a big issue with shipping due to errors in information coming from my side, after multiple calls to fix all the errors, the employees worked seamlessly together to provide amazing service!

I used the full van delivery service to transport goods from Germany to Spain. The organization from Eurosender (especially from Jan) was great and uncomplicated. Jan was very attentive and helpfull. The packing and unpacking of the van was without problem (very friendly and helpfull driver). The value for money is very good!

It is a really nice agency that handles international shipping. From a EU to a EU countries have nice prices to. And their costumer service is really helpful. I had a problem with some extra fees I was charged and the manager Milica that handled my case me was really fast in replying and helpful.
