Bought a specific violin on a Monday
Bought a specific violin on a Monday, charged my credit card, got confirmation email. On Wednesday got an email saying they sold it to someone else. Was the only one in stock on that Monday, the other one was sold the Friday before. All of a sudden they are now offering that one, which I did not want. My guess the buyer brought it back and they gave him mine. Then I see they charged my card twice for 2 violins. (Over $7000.00) Then stated it might take up to 10 days to get refund. Will never do business with them again, they lost out on a good customer who has bought 4 violins in the last month.
