Very clean and well equipped finca, quiet, secluded yet close to Artá. Friendly and flexible reception and attentive maintenance. We also appreciated the generous welcome gift selection of fruits and drinks.

Muchas gracias for an unforgettable three-week stay at Finca Cocotte! We have enjoyed the spacious house and the many terraces, as well as the pool. The house was very clean, has everything you need in the kitchen (we loved the typical Mallorcan plates and cups!). Finca Cocotte is located in a very green and beautiful area of peace and quietness. Juan and his wife were so warm and welcoming, and cleaned the pool twice a week. A summer holiday to remember!!

Process smooth and informative

A beautiful Finca, just as described. Very quite and full of bird song. Christina was extremely helpful and replied promptly to all our questions.

Nightmares start with an N like Novasol… We had more than 10 great experiences with Fincallorca, before Novasol aquired them.

To make it short: the Finca, which we had booked and paid for was finally confirmed several times by Novasol (when the order was placed, when the invoives were paid and finally a week before the travel started!), but when we had just arrived in Palma, the key holder, who we called, wasn‘t the finca manager anymore, and the finca was rented out to others!!!

Novasol then informed us, that they could not do more than „agreeing“ with us to cover up to 75 Euro per Person per Night for the Hotel (how generous)… Imagine, how stressful it is to get a Hotel for 8(!) people at 7 pm …. and all the groceries we just had bought! And no help at all from Novasol!

Finally we rented another Finca, far away from our planned destination and our rental bike store …

In essence a poor experience, and a clear recommendation: choose another vendor!

All is very good except the fact once you have booked in a German site they cannot change the language to English for all your notifications..

Everything in and around the house was just great….. Gretel and her husband are extremely attentive and so welcoming. They are amazing. At first the location seems a little remote, but then you realise it’s totally perfect , 20 mins to Palma, 40 mins to Alcudia, it’s so easy to see the whole of the island with minimal travel. I can heartily recommend this place in every way possible…… it’s an absolute jewel.

Was forced to pay for a finca I had accidentally chosen with one click of the mouse as a binding contract and immediately told their legal department was ready chase the payment. I had wanted a different finca on their website during this same process but they wouldn't change it. I hadn't signed a contract or given any credit card details during the booking process but they said it didn't matter, I was bound to the first finca I had chosen in error. I actually thought it was a scam due to this crazy policy but they told me their legal team said this was legal to do.

We had issues with the owner returning the deposit. It took 5 tries to get the funds back. The owner was responsive but was not using the correct information.

The villa was excellent , very large with lots of space and very well maintained,
Great location. Very good value. Slight problem with the pool heating not working but we got a discount for this. Excellent service
