junda navi flagship shop from aliexpress
They sent me a fake Android radio.. I paid for 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of memory but I only received one with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of memory from the Junda Navi shop. It arrived in a plastic bag without a manual and without a box.. I asked several times about the brand and.. but they didn't respond regarding the matter.. it seems like a scam to me.
Flagship was very helpful assisting me in the return process with a smaller brand. I believe this was the first time the brand was using Flagship so there was some confusion on their end in addition to inclement weather in the midwest. However, Customer Service at Flagship went above and beyond to resolve the issue and was in constant contact with status updates. I would highly recommend working with Flagship in the future!
I ordered a variety of things from Flagship to support a favorite influencer. Every small company had fantastic products to offer. I loved everything. Customer service was very good. Shipping was fairly quick. I would order again.

Customer service was fantastic when there was a hiccup in the system. The company I ordered from didn’t respond, but flagship did and made sure I got my product and a full refund! Amazing.
First of all, they responded to me on a Saturday at 4pm PST for a last minute urgent request, incredible, who does this!?!! Secondly, they were super quick to address my concern about a return and made the process seamless. Thirdly, they were professional, friendly and so easy to work with.
