Great customer service!

I recently bought a used Johnny Marr Jaguar on which which the previous owner had fitted Hipshot locking tuners. I discovered that one of them wasn’t locking onto the string and messaged their help desk in the hope of fixing it. I was pleasantly surprised when Oscar at Hipshot immediately responded and said he’d send a replacement. It arrived in London just a few days later. I must say this is very impressive customer service and the tuners are very good quality too!

Excellent customer service

A part of my bass xtender broke off. I contacted customer service via e-mail and they sent a replacement part free of charge, even when I bought the xtender a couple of years ago.
