Very poor quality toy. I understand the shipping delays, it did come from China. However, the quality of the flying fairy is awful. Worked a few times but then would work for 1/2 second each time the switch was turned on.

My order, which I had been waiting for a long time, then came in a light plastic bag; of course, the box was damaged. I'm trying to return the order, but they refused to send the shipping label. The way they handle the problem looks like a scam.
This merchant has significant issues, including very long shipping times, poor quality, and unresponsive customer service.
I am considering the company untrustworthy. I would suggest avoiding any business with that company.

Took a long time to ship. The product that arrived did not match what was advertised and would not work for my needs. They maintain products change overtime and buyers shouldn’t depend on advertising. Offered me a 20% refund and keep the product. Or a full refund once I pay to ship it back to China. The issue is their faulty adverting. I should not have to pay to shop this all the way back to China. Buyer Beware.

Order took over a month to arrive. Shipped directly from China. Slow response from seller as this was a Christmas gift that was ordered two weeks before Christmas and arrived three weeks after Christmas. Cheap plastic toy that was worth a quarter of the price paid. Website proclaims themselves as American but items shipped direct from China.

For Christmas, I placed an order for the TinyDoc Interactive Human Body Book for Kids. I was so excited for my toddler and nephew to enjoy these interactive books. Not only did the items arrive super late, I did not receive what I paid for! See the photos of what I received vs. what I ordered. I was expecting an actual ring binder with many sheets that included pre-cut Velcro pieces for interactive play. This is false advertisement at its finest. I reached out to their customer service team and I was told I could receive a 20% refund and keep the items or return the items for a full refund. I am not paying to return anything to China.
I explained that they did not follow through on their policy of delivering what I ordered. I basically was told to either return the dumb-down items to get a refund or keep the items and receive 20% refund. Nothing was ever mentioned about getting the actual item I ordered. They did not offer to correct their mishap which included sending the exact item I was expecting to receive in the first place.
My mistake was not looking more into this business prior to ordering. I saw other reviews and posts advising about how fraudulent this company is. Many others did not receive what they paid for or did not receive their items at all. I have learned my lesson and to anyone else who reads this… DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. Unfortunately, I did not research this scam of a company before purchasing a product"Stackl" I saw advertised on social media. It was ordered on November 3, 2025....Had the same horrible experience as all others' described. Issues with delivery/tracking notifications, generic apologetic emails for delays, I went to the USPS , they state. was a scam!! Product was never delivered and E-Mails state it was .. I have one another order out there, doing the same thing!!!That one was ordered on 12/14/2025! I am not even giving them a One Star

Beware. Order arrived 25 days after order date. Site says 3-7 business days. Item shipped from Hong Kong. One item arrived in damaged packaging. No protection for items. Refund process is cumbersome and expensive. Items cost ~$40. Return cost $32. Company did offer 30% refund to keep items. Felt that was my best option. One positive is the communication was timely and consistent.

This company is completely fraudulent. The products they sell look nothing like the photos advertised on their website. What arrives is cheap, poorly made, and clearly not what was promised.

The reviews on their site are obviously fake, which should have been my first red flag. On top of that, their “return policy” is intentionally misleading. They claim to honor returns, but conveniently fail to mention that customers are responsible for shipping the item back to China. This makes returning the product unrealistic and forces customers to accept a partial refund instead.

I was offered a 20% refund, not because the company was acting in good faith, but because they know most people won’t pay outrageous international shipping fees just to return a defective or misrepresented product. This is a deliberate tactic to keep customers’ money.

This is deceptive, unethical, and predatory business behavior. Learn from my mistake and avoid this company at all costs.

Toy took forever and didn't do what it claimed and half worked

I ordered a coat but it NEVER arrived. All I got was many emails of how sorry they are for the delay and they understand how frustrating in can be.... The tracking is false with now carrier. It is a SCAM.

I ordered toys on December 12th, and the seller marked the items as delivered when nothing was actually received. No package, no proof, no resolution. This is extremely misleading—buyers should avoid this store.

Scam. Ordered a Christmas gift on 12/12. Had no idea they are allegedly shipping from Hong Kong. I say allegedly because I have no idea if it ever shipped. Still no item. Money taken. Customer service is a repetitive unhelpful

If I could give zero stars I would. Item took over a month to arrive and was not here in time for Christmas. As it turns out, this was just as well as I would not have wanted to give this toy to my grandson. I ordered the DinoChomp game. What a piece of garbage. Nothing like the way it appears in their website. Also - do not believe the reviews in their site. I left a negative review and it is not posted.

Stay away! It's coming from China and if need to return they will ask you to pay shipping back to China

I ordered a toy for my four year old grandson on December 1 for Christmas or his birthday which is on December 29. I kept getting tracking updates but it didn't arrrive until January 6. When it did arrive it wasn't even in the manufactureres box and a major piece was missing so it's pretty much unusable. DO NOT go with this company! I could have bought the same thing from Amazon but it was a couple of dollars more, but at least I would have had it on time. Now they're trying to offer me 15% off my next purchase because of receiving it late, what a joke! I should have read the reviews before purchasing from them.

Never received order status…just on it s way! Could never track and finally received weeks later after Christmas. Product was a joke…mixed languages, wrong songs etc. Threw it away. Would NOT order from this “company”! Wish I had seen previous reviews.

I ordered a train for my kids in the beginning of December. It was supposed to come well before Xmas but has been delayed in shipping for weeks.
I had to go find another train 2 days before Xmas and now 2 weeks after Xmas it’s still in transit. They will not refund my money and just keep saying they can’t because the order is still being processed.
I’ll probably have to dispute with my credit card co to recover my money.
Stay away!!!

I order a train and I never got it after waiting for about a month. Everytime I asked them about the train, they begged me to wait because it was in transit. When I think about the whole issue I think it was a scam.
The most outrageous part of this issue is their answer when I asked for my money back: " you have to wait for the train to arrive to ask for a refund". Fortunately, my credit card company reversed the charge.
