I honestly don’t even know what to say…

I honestly don’t even know what to say about how disappointed I am.

I found a beautiful S-Works bike with a 48% discount for €6,000, which I considered a deal-breaker offer. I placed the order on December 29, 2025. Until January 8, 2026, no one contacted me at all — apart from the automatic order confirmation. No human contact, no communication, no customer care.

Using the bonus codes I received, I ordered some accessories and paid an additional €5. In the order note, I asked for the accessories to be packed together with the bike in the same box. Since nobody reacted, I had no idea whether anyone had even read the note. I contacted customer support around three times, but received no response at all. The chat was handled only by a bot, and when I requested to speak to a real person, nobody replied.

After 11 days, a person named Marco finally contacted me and informed me that there was a problem with my order and that they were unable to deliver the bike. They offered me a different size, which I did not agree to, and I requested a full refund. On January 9, 2026, they finally initiated the refund, and I received my money only on January 13.

In total, my money was tied up for 16 days.

I can’t claim this happens all the time, but the situation gives the impression that the company may simply need short-term liquidity: they publish irresistible “star deals” they know they can’t fulfill, take customers’ money to temporarily improve cash flow, and then slowly return the funds.

I am extremely disappointed that they confirm orders they clearly cannot fulfill, without any apology or compensation for the problems they cause customers.

I strongly do not recommend this store. Based on other reviews, I am clearly not the only one who has experienced this.

I bought MTB for my daughter

I bought MTB for my daughter. The fork on the MTB did not function. So I contacted the Liquid life and explained the problem. My contact person was Christine Kaporin and I must say she was absolutelly professional and very kind and she arranged everything. I sent not functioning fork to Liquid life and I received the repaired back. I must say that Liquid life and especially Christine was very professional. I wish every company and their employees were so professional. I thank them again. I recommend Liquid life to anybody. And I will buy at Liquid life again. Many thanks to Christine.

Good experience!

I had a very good experience with this shop. I thought I would write a review since I was hesitant to order after reading all the bad reviews here. So I bought a Cube bike that was 300 euros cheaper than anywhere else. Despite the bad reviews here (but good ones in google) I thought I would give it a try because the price was very good and anyway since I paid with paypal I could always return the bike and get my money back. They are not very good at communication and the website is pretty crappy too and it's not properly translated when you choose any other language than german. So once I ordered the bike they don't give you anymore information until they ship it, which I expected after reading the reviews. It took 1,5 weeks to be shipped and an extra week to receive it in France. So in total 2,5 weeks, which is reasonable. The bike came in a pretty fragile box that was all beaten up and broken in several parts. The delivery guy suggested we opened the box before I signed, so we did and the bicycle was in good shape, so I accepted the shipment. I have to point out that the bike was perfectly greased and set up (no need to adjust gears or anything) and it didn't have a scratch. I bought a few bikes online and usually I end up indexing gears and making myself some adjustments but this time I was surprised everything was fine. I would give the shop 5 stars if they improved communication (I sent several emails asking about shipping dates and they were unanswered) and used better quality boxing. Anyway, all in all it was a very good experience and price!

Zero communication

I wanted to buy an e-bike from them. You'd think they'd care, but they don't respond to emails, phonecalls, whatsapp messages, nothing. Imagine if I would've gotten the e-bike from them and have had problems. would've been fun to deal with them

I dodged a bullet there, got my e-bike someplace else. If you value your time, find other sellers, there're plenty

Liquid Life had the best price on the…

Liquid Life had the best price on the bike I wanted.
I contacted LL a few days after ordering to get a confirmed delivery date, as I didn't receive any update on the shipment, and they replied swiftly. The total time from order to shipment was 12 days, as they were busy. No problem as they saved me a good amount of money on this specific bike.
When the shipment arrived, the packaging was damaged and the bike had a small scratch on the frame. LL offered a compensation which I accepted. Easy communication through their email.
So my only concern is the fact that LL uses a shipment box that isn't suitable for a bike, unless the bike get wrapped in proper protection - in this case there were no protection around the bike.

Arrived damaged, No response from customer service

I ordered a bike and it showed up reasonably quickly. When the box came, it was upside down and my bike was packed upside down in it. The bike itself was undamaged but the light was broken and the mount was broken off. I began a complaint 8 days ago and got a case number but nothing else. They are unreachable on the phone and after a few minutes in the wait line to be connected, I get thrown out. Horrible experience.. never again!

Terrible customer service

We stayed at Torquoise Place and the condo complex itself was great. Upon arrival the oven door was open and wouldn’t close making it non-usable. We were informed it wouldn’t be fixed until after our week long stay. Not having an oven to cook all week is quite the inconvenience when your are paying thousands to stay there. The air also went out two days before we were to check out. We were told that someone would be by “soon” to check it out. No one ever came and the condo was 80 degrees and miserable to sleep in. We just checked out and still have had no response as to why no one came to check on it. I should have known based on all the reviews not to book through liquid life. We should have used Spectrum as they were on-site and wanted to help but couldn’t due to us not booking through them. We paid a lot of money to stay here and they could use some training on their customer service. The lack of concern and urgency is disappointing. No apologies or any compensation for not providing the amenities they claimed to have in their listing. Beware booking through this agency.

I ordered a bike from liquid and…

I ordered a bike from liquid and received it fast, but I sent it back the same day. After I sent the bike, it was delivered to them by GO after 1 day, but they still haven't refunded the money and they don't respond to e-mails. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and will never buy from them again.
update: I contacted them via their live chat and complained about the process and they refunded the money.

Bad Example for an online shop

Subject matter was a Specialized Stumpjumper. Order and delivery process were quick. Bike arrived with some deficiencies (broken parts) and not in the requested configuration. Communication with the shop was very slow at the beginning and stopped after I asked for replacement of damaged parts, not to mention fixing the incorrect config. All would have had relatively low cost impact. But, no response. I do not recommend this shop. Better spend a few more bucks and buy local.
