I honestly don’t even know what to say about how disappointed I am.
I found a beautiful S-Works bike with a 48% discount for €6,000, which I considered a deal-breaker offer. I placed the order on December 29, 2025. Until January 8, 2026, no one contacted me at all — apart from the automatic order confirmation. No human contact, no communication, no customer care.
Using the bonus codes I received, I ordered some accessories and paid an additional €5. In the order note, I asked for the accessories to be packed together with the bike in the same box. Since nobody reacted, I had no idea whether anyone had even read the note. I contacted customer support around three times, but received no response at all. The chat was handled only by a bot, and when I requested to speak to a real person, nobody replied.
After 11 days, a person named Marco finally contacted me and informed me that there was a problem with my order and that they were unable to deliver the bike. They offered me a different size, which I did not agree to, and I requested a full refund. On January 9, 2026, they finally initiated the refund, and I received my money only on January 13.
In total, my money was tied up for 16 days.
I can’t claim this happens all the time, but the situation gives the impression that the company may simply need short-term liquidity: they publish irresistible “star deals” they know they can’t fulfill, take customers’ money to temporarily improve cash flow, and then slowly return the funds.
I am extremely disappointed that they confirm orders they clearly cannot fulfill, without any apology or compensation for the problems they cause customers.
I strongly do not recommend this store. Based on other reviews, I am clearly not the only one who has experienced this.
