Great service. Reliable and got back to me quickly with tax refund forms and then again to get the frame ID (after my bike was sadly stolen).
But overall, everything arrived as it should, and promptly :)
I bought a bike from the site, everything went super okay.
I recently purchased a bike from them and I was very pleased with their customer service. They were very responsive to my questions and helped me resolve an issue with my invoice quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike!

Aside from buying a beautiful bike that I was very excited to use, the team at bike exchange have been incredibly helpful with some issues that came up since the arrival. They sold me a bike with some pieces missing in the box and they don't answer in the chat or via email even if it's on working hours between 9 to 18, how they say in the website footer. Very unprofessional!!!!
