One star not adequate to describe this shocking service. We paid a fortune to send Christmas presents from Australia to our grandchildren in Hersholm. Arrived 18th Dec but son not informed on time and package was returned to Aus BEFORE Christmas!!
This is not the first time parcels have not been delivered ! Can’t believe how bad you are. Would like to be reimbursed $50 Aud for postage!

I have experienced the most disappointing "service" from PostNord, particularly regarding taxes to be paid on items coming from outside the EU. I have been taxed on several gifts sent from friends and family, and although this in itself is pretty annoying to pay 50% tax (25% tax plus "administration costs") on some chocolates or underwear for Christmas or my birthday, the fact that several have also been returned because I did not pay the tax in time due to late delivery of the tax letter, is even more annoying. More recently I have bought several items on Etsy, where the tax is already paid, but PostNord have not recognised this and say that the "digital information is incorrect" on the tax payment, and I have therefore been charged tax again! On one of these items, I did not receive the tax notification at all and it was returned to sender.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with PostNord Denmark
My parcel was shipped quickly from Germany and arrived in Denmark within a very reasonable time but that’s where everything fell apart. The package has been stuck in Denmark for over a week with no progress.
PostNord’s Track & Trace app initially stated the parcel would be delivered today and that someone needed to be home to receive it. I waited the entire day, but no courier ever showed up, and the tracking status didn’t change at all. It was a complete waste of my time.
When I contacted customer service, they only repeated the same unhelpful information shown in the app. After I reported the failed delivery, PostNord suddenly changed the status to “estimated delivery date is currently unknown,” which is both ridiculous and disrespectful. How can a parcel that has already arrived in the country suddenly have no delivery timeline?
It feels like PostNord simply has no control over their own processes, and their lack of transparency and accountability is extremely frustrating. The parcel is clearly in their possession, yet they seem unwilling or unable to deliver it.
Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I will avoid using PostNord Denmark whenever possible in the future.

PostNord Denmark in Aalborg is absolutely the worst delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. They are nothing but lazy, careless, and full of lies.
Two days ago, they didn’t bother to deliver my shipment properly – they just dumped it on the street like trash! No call, no knock, nothing. Today, they’re lying straight to my face, claiming they “tried to deliver” while I was sitting at home waiting the whole time. Nobody even came near my door.
This is not a delivery company – it’s a circus of incompetence. They don’t respect customers, they don’t take responsibility, and they clearly don’t care if your package is lost, stolen, or ruined.
PostNord Aalborg, you are a disgrace. Stop lying to people and pretending you’re providing a service. You’re not – you’re just wasting our time, money, and patience.

Completely impossible service. No useable customer service what's so ever, only a chat bot with no answers or a customer service queue that literally lasts for days! and if you don't answer them within 10 minutes when they do show up they close the chat down and you rejoin the back of the queue.
Parcel held at customs with a simple error that needed updating, Postnord said they would send a letter with instruction sot the recipient, it never came. Parcel still stuck in customs after nearly 3 weeks.
Lost a huge amount of money on both ends due to a simple error that any proper delivery service should be able to handle with ease.
Postnord Denmark is an absolute joke and not fit for purpose!
Terrible customer service – impossible to reach a real person
It’s incredibly frustrating trying to contact PostNord Denmark. They make it nearly impossible to speak with an actual customer service representative. You’re constantly pushed to use their app, where you’re forced to interact with a useless chatbot that never resolves anything. It’s like they’ve intentionally made it tricky to get help. Very disappointing experience.

Delivery to Finland used to be 4-5 working days, but since spring 2024, it became completely unreliable, taking 2 weeks.
And no customer service.
Don't use this company. It's a sinking ship. They know only how to extract your money, but don't care about providing you the promised service.

Apparently you should camp outside waiting for the delivery because they do not call,don't write and don't even knock at the door.I live at the 3th floor and they magically sensed that i am not home from the outside door,1st floor.The customer service is rude and unhelpful, they don't even try to solve the situation,0 out of 10

I spend the whole day waiting by the door, saw 2 postnord guys and then i got a messege that delivery was attempted but there was no one home - which is a lie.

They returned my package before…
They returned my package before deadline, admit it, but can't do anything even tho the package was still in the city and 3 days later it left the country.
When your package is with PostNord, you're either lucky and everything goes normal or you can forget about it.
I love how they change things into worst every time, now packages that fit in my mailbox, are delivered to a service point 8 km away (they have service points closer but where would be the fun in that) after always trying the pakkebox and 99% of the time there's no room.
I would pay to have the service we used to have, but now i just have to stop buying online, or just reduce it by 95% as its too damn frustrating.
Imagine receiving 6 different packages within a week, and they deliver it to 6 different places all over 5km from you, fun times.
