Visible Armband 2.0 is the wearable made for illness, not fitness. Visible helps more than 100,000 people with Long Covid, ME/CFS, POTS, Fibromyalgia and more to improve their pacing. // Pacing means balancing activities and rest to avoid crashes and improve your quality of life. It helps you get the most from the energy you have, but it can be challenging to implement in real life. That's where Visible comes in. Unlike fitness tracking apps, Visible uses data and technology to help with rest and pacing, not workouts and exercise. // KNOW YOUR DAY AHEAD: Measure your biometrics, including HRV and Resting Heart Rate each morning, so you can better understand your stability and pace your day. // SEE WHAT USES ENERGY: Use PacePoints to compare between activities, and budget your energy across the day. // LEARN WHEN TO SLOW DOWN: Get real-time alerts when your heart rate crosses into your exertion threshold, so you can take a moment to pause and rest. // TAKE PART IN RESEARCH Opt-in to studies with world-leading researchers to volunteer your data and help advance the science of invisible illness. // Visible is not intended to provide medical services such as diagnosis, cure, mitigation, prevention, or treatment of any disease or medical condition. I like it shows my heart rate and lets me know when I'm over doing it. I didn't give it 5 only bc I haven't used it long enough to really know how good it is. I have it hooked to my watch so I get instant notifications when I'm over doing it which is nice.

I need this tool to help me limit myself on days that I feel weak and to make sure not to push myself on days that are good.

Reply from Visible
I like that visible is helping me see how different activities and parts of my day effect my heart rate, symptoms, and energy levels.

It’s been life changing. I have POTS and it’s been so helpful for reducing crashes and the stress of worrying about doing too much is gone with the pace points system

Reply from Visible
I am still learning about this and the pacing, but I am already seeing the if I push too much this is when I get sick or flare. I often push too hard and put myself in a painful predicament.

Visible is really helping me to manage my chronic condition and to also prompt me to start listening to my body. It really surprised me that when my 'stability score' is lower that it usually actually corresponds to how my body is actually feeling. This then helps me to better plan my days.

Visible is great once you learn how to read it, the app that you pay £15 a month for is good for monitoring, but not very good at explaining, why you get such readings. I had to join a Facebook group to get more information. Like what is HRV? I also wanted to know what is classed as a crash? None of these things are explained on the app. It goes through alot about pacepoints, but not what contributes to them. I am happy with the band itself, but the app, not so much. Especially as its marketed to disabled people with neurological issues like myself. We need things simplified

I have only had the Visible band for about 2 weeks and already I have learned so much about what is going on with my body. I am learning what activities take most of my energy, learning to pace, and able to track my symptoms all in one place. I really feel that this can be a game changer for people with chronic illness.

Only using the wristband for two weeks so far, but have found it very enlightening. I can see where I'm spending most of my energy due to receiving immediate feedback. I have been suffering from POTS for more than 20 yrs now and relapses can last for months and be quite debilitating. With Visible, I feel I finally have a tool to help improve my stability and quality of life.

I’m able to see how much energy is spent in activity and in exertion and can better plan my day and know when I need to rest and prevent a bad flare or crash. When in a flare or crash I am better able to prioritize rest so I can get back to my baseline. I like being able to see what activities cost more Pace Points and adjust my activity accordingly so I don’t crash.

I sat down and showed a photo of hair that sits at the nape of the neck. I said I DO not want short hair because I must have it below my chin.
3 minutes into the cut Helen announced she's cut it short.
It's just below my ears.
I will have to wait 5-6 months to grow it to the length I asked for.
She even said "what do you want me to do", as if she was going to glue it back on.
Absolutely the worst experience ever!
Don't risk it!

Visible is very illuminating. It helps me to understand so much about what I can’t see and feel in my body that effects how my body makes me feel every day. It’s life changing to my daily routine. I only wish it could give me even more insight. I feel like the little info it does give me is just a tease leaving me wanting to know more, wanting to be able to dig deeper. I also wish they had softer bands. My sensitive skin hates the current option.

Visible is great for helping me to pace my day and keep my energy in check. It just would be helpful to see what was the highest rate my heart had gone to over the day which I have fed back.

Easy to use. Good to be able to have reminders to slow down and tag activities to see which affect health more.

This device helps me stay tuned in to how I feel and how I use my energy. It’s easy to use and the help and support are great.

I’ve only used Visible for a week and love it. The ability to show my family that simple tasks throw my HR over 140 was an eye opening experience. Like shower, getting dresses can make me feel exhausted. Visible truly made it visible

Really good customer service. Talking to a human in a chat.
Quick and good solutions.
Good quality product that works and is assisting me in balancing my energy levels and managing my disability and long term health conditions.

This is a critical tool for me to Pace successfully to manage my ME/CFS symptoms. I’d either be forced to do much less or risk worsening my condition because of overexertion without it. Thanks Visible!

Has really helped with my mental health being able to physically show people something that shows why I’m exhausted or can’t function or crashing with my carcinoid/neuroendocrine cancer.

Reply from Visible
Very helpful towards validating my symptoms, especially with how they vary day to day.
