Total Scam

Total Scam – Avoid This Seller At All Costs I originally attempted to purchase Pasotti Umbrellas through eBay, but the seller canceled my order and pressured me to buy directly from their website. They promised a deeper discount by "saving on eBay fees."

I never received the items and am now out of my money. To make matters worse, despite reaching out multiple times in English, they only reply in Ukrainian, making communication impossible. This is a classic bait-and-switch scam. Do not trust them with your money.

We believe there is a serious misunderstanding here.

MaxxLuxury is a standalone website and is not affiliated with eBay in any way. We do not sell on eBay, cancel eBay orders, or ask customers to move purchases off any marketplace. For that reason alone, your reference to an eBay transaction does not correspond to our business or processes.

Additionally, we do not communicate in Ukrainian. All customer communication is handled in English only, so this claim is also incorrect.

We have reviewed our records and cannot find any order or communication matching the situation you describe. Every order placed on our website is confirmed, tracked, and delivered, and any genuine issue is handled directly and transparently.

If you believe this review was posted in error or you are confusing us with another seller, we kindly ask you to recheck the company name. If you do have a legitimate MaxxLuxury order, please contact us directly with your order number so we can investigate and assist you properly.

As it stands, the details provided do not align with our company, and we cannot verify the claims made in this feedback.

I purchased an Lladro from their…website MaxxLuxury.com

I do not recommend MaxxLuxury.com as I purchased an Lladro from their website MaxxLuxury.com and it was shown as NEW in GREAT CONDITION! When I relieved the item it was broken and a Chinese copy and USED! I could see the marks on the white porcelain of finger prints and some stains! I asked for a refund and never heard back! Then I also saw that this same seller is on selling on ebay as well, as my wife bought an item from his eBay store and it was also a fake copy. They also reply in Ukrainian and not english, so we needed to use a Google Translate tool to understand? They claim to be Lladro distributors for their items, but I think they may be scammers working from Ukraine - Their eBay store is: mavac-1 I hope you don´t get the same experience that we did! Thank you Rafa from Houston TX. Best recommendation is to buy from Lladro.com the factory website directly! You pay more but are protected from fraud!

Rafael, your review contains several serious inaccuracies and appears to confuse MaxxLuxury with an entirely different seller.

First, MaxxLuxury does not sell on eBay and has no affiliation whatsoever with the eBay account you mention (“mavac-1”) or any other marketplace seller. Any purchase made on eBay is unrelated to us and outside of our control. Referencing an eBay store in this review is therefore incorrect.

Second, MaxxLuxury does not communicate in Ukrainian. All of our customer communication is conducted exclusively in English. The claim that we reply in Ukrainian is false.

Third, we categorically deny selling damaged or counterfeit Lladró products. We also have no record of an unresolved refund request matching the situation you describe. Every legitimate issue reported to us is documented and handled through our official support channels.

Additionally, stating that our products are “Chinese copies” or implying fraudulent activity without verifiable proof is a serious allegation. MaxxLuxury is a registered business, and misleading claims of this nature are not supported by any evidence in your review.

If you believe you purchased from MaxxLuxury.com, we invite you to contact us directly with your order number and supporting details so we can investigate properly. Otherwise, this review appears to reference transactions with a different seller and does not reflect our company or practices.
