A very smooth process with the whole team. Special thanks to Karl Kaczmarek who helped us from the start with financing and jumping on calls whenever needed.

Our experience with one of the markler was, unfortunately, very negative. We contacted her with a serious interest in the property and with fully prepared finances. Despite this, we did not receive any response from her for an entire week. Communication on her part was basically nonexistent.
Since we did not want to waste any more time, we had to arrange the viewing of the property ourselves – directly through the owner, as the agent was unable to respond. We also submitted our offer directly to the owner (we were ready to purchase the property for the full asking price), because markler did not communicate with us at all, even though we repeatedly emailed her.
What made the situation even worse was finding out from another person that the agent told the owner we had not submitted any offer to her – which is completely absurd. We have verifiable email communication in which we informed her that we were submitting the offer to the owner, and we also asked to present it to her as well in person so we could proceed with the next steps, as we were prepared to pay the full amount immediately.
We consider this approach to be highly unprofessional, unreliable, and absolutely unacceptable for any serious buyer. In the future – even a simple reply such as “the property has been sold” is still a reply. We are truly disappointed and sad of this situation.

Absolute Massenabfertigung. Der Makler hatte kaum richtige Infos zur Immobilie zur Hand. Es wird nur nach mehrmaligen eigenen Bemühungen zurückgerufen. Habe ein Angebot vor 10 Tage abgegeben und seitdem keine Rückmeldung mehr erhalten.

It took weeks until I received an adequate response. I contacted McMakler on November 11 the first time. It took until the end of November to get an appointment. They never answered the phone and I only received automated emails, stating that if I needed further assistance, to kindly contact them via phone or email, which, of course, only led to unanswered phone calls and more automated emails.
I was then finally successful in getting an appointment with the real estate agent and could see the house that is on sale. However, afterwards, it took days until I was able to reach him, after leaving numerous messages. I made an offer on December 21, and was told that they would get back with me the next day. It's been 10 days now, and I haven't heard back. I appreciate the fact that the Holidays may have been a problem, but I should have at least received a short note that they will get back to me at their earliest convenience. Not a very promising feeling.

In November 2021 I gave McMakler the mandate to sell my house. From the start, Mr. Bruno was very professional, organised, friendly and presented sound advice. Within 5 weeks my house was sold above the expected price. Everything - appointments, advice, viewing, the making and the presentation of the Exposé, communication - absolutely everything was handled in a most organised way, leaving little to no questions. tried them few times, in short they aren't what they say; not transparent, not honest, not fast, not efficient....
showed houses with wrong info and there is no"account manager" or a normal broker who you can double check things with!

Anfänglich war ich etwas zurückhaltend vor diesem überregional arbeitenden Maker mit Mitarbeitern in ganz Deutschland. Ich war sonst lokal arbeitende Makler mit Büro und Telefonnummer in der Gegend der Angebotes gewohnt. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass die meisten Mitarbeiter und vor allem ein spezieller Mitarbeiter für Objekte im Dithmarschen sich sehr gute Kenntnisse über die Objekte und die Lage verschaffen und auch sehr kompetent und einfühlsam bei Rückfragen und Verhandlung waren.
Initially, I was a bit reserved about this superregional maker with employees throughout Germany. I used to contact locally maklers with office and telephone number in the area of the offer. It has been shown that most employees of McMakler and, above all, a special employee for objects in Dithmarschen has very good knowledge of the objects and the situation and were also very competent and sensitive to questions and negotiation.
