My group has used MoneyMinder for 4 years now.

The app has pretty standard and well fleshed out core features for the price.

Unfortunately, they take it upon themselves to change their UI every so often and break existing user's shortcuts and workflows.

Once you become accustomed to their latest harebrained change, MoneyMinder will again add a new button or an entire new page that adds an additional keypresses for what should be a simple user transaction.

You can provide feedback but rest assured, they will not listen but will find the time to make excuses/justifications/rationalizations.

Currently they win on price/cost but over time as they increase prices that argument is slowly being lost. I look forward to the day either our group grows large enough to support a better platform that listens to their customers or the cost becomes so great that we are forced to move elsewhere.

Excellent product. Easy to work with. Professional report format yet easy for non finance minded folks to read. Wonderful support team. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. You can't go wrong.

MoneyMinder's customer support is awesome! I am 81 years of age and grew up sans computers and smartphones, so I am not as technically savvy as most folks. Over the years I have learned to use electronics but I am no expert. Customer Support has helped me, and the Treasurer of our HOA, tremendously.

This product is excellent for nonprofit organizations that need good software to manage their books. The program is intuitive and entries are very easy to make. There are a large number of reports available to prepare for any date range you choose. The reconcilement option helps ensure your entries are accurate. The old program we used for our books was outdated and not user friendly. I switched to Money Minder this year after taking over as Treasurer of our PTA and it was glorious. It is so user friendly and very easy to use. Their customer service is great, and the live chat function connects you to a real person who is able to help you immediately. It has been a great addition for our PTA!

I was in finance for 40 years, retired and agreed to help a local civic club as its new treasurer. Just as I started with the club, the out-going treasurer said he was going to move the club into MoneyMinder, so I had the task of moving the club's finances into this new venture. I can't say enough good things about how well the club's and my experience has been over the 3 years of getting started with MoneyMinder to where we are now. The site is so easy to use and maintain. MoneyMinder's help is literally at my fingertips and has been spot on in a caring way every time I needed the help. Using MoneyMinder’s resources, the finances of the club have never been so transparent and organized. This is a service that was made for organizations like us and it has not let us down.

Our retriever club began using MoneyMinder after it was recommended to us by my best friend who was an accountant in DC at the Treasury Dept. I was the club treasurer that had absolutely no accounting experience and had managed the club finances for 20+ years using an Excel spreadsheet. The subscription to MoneyMinder was the best investment we could have ever made. It has so many features for managing the monies and the reports I generated made me look brilliant. I was able to do our club’s tax filings thanks to the program’s many tools & documents. It has a wonderful set up for tracking member dues and donations and even has the ability to send notices out. You can link it with your bank account or Venmo/PayPal etc. we were able to set up a budget structure to follow and report the financials for each club event. And definitely the best part is their Help Center either by chat or phone, these folks are AMAZING and ALWAYS available to help me thru the many questions I had.
I just passed the club’s treasurer position on to another club member, who is much more accounting savvy than me, and he is in love with this program and will be renewing the subscription immediately. He said MoneyMinder is absolutely the tool to use for our club and is excited to play with all the possibilities it offers.

We started MoneyMinder in July of 2023. As the association treasurer, I've been posting income and expenses since 1987 for the Hayward Park Estates Association. I am not an accountant by any means. The key to MoneyMinder's success is the Chat Agents: Amanda, Traci, Luk..They are experienced and patient in guiding me through the different processes. I'm still learning the system.

I am a first year novice club treasurer who really had no idea what he had gotten himself into. As a senior, I had much to learn without much in the way of help from the past club treasurer. They are extremely fast to respond to live chat cry's for help. They expertly diagnose the problem you contact them about and the most appreciated part is how friendly, patient and understanding they are. They stay with you until the problem is solved and never seem to be put off by questions asked. I also really like how the use a coaching technique that enables the customer to join in the solution, thus gaining confidence in their abilities. In addition, one can request a transcript to be sent of the chat. This can then be printed for future reference. Whoa, that is super helpful, trust me! : )

The support team (Luke specifically!) was absolutely amazing. They worked patiently with me to figure out the problem we were having, and stayed on the phone to make sure all aspects were properly connected. Setting up an appointment was easier than waiting online for hours, and they called promptly and were super helpful.

Jules, Traci, and the rest of the crew are great. They helped me get our HOA books and payment system set up. This was very new for me but they walked me through it with such patience and kindness. I have been involved in non-profit and volunteer organizations for over 30 years and have used many types of software to track accounting, MoneyMinder has by far been the best and most user friendly that I have experienced. I like that I can give others access (with different limitations) , how easy it is to set up a budget, the ease of tracking income and expenses and the number of reports that can be generated. Creating a Treasurer's Report for meetings is a snap and also easy to create a PDF to send out to board members. I also like the ease of filing taxes with their Tax Forms feature. My group also uses Store for events that we hold. We have the ability to set up stores to sell registrations and merchandise and can link these to our banking. We also use Bank Integration to allow us to import transactions from our bank, this makes reconciling our account so much easier! Another great feature is LiveChat when I need help and the Help Center with FAQ help sheets is great. I highly recommend MoneyMinder!
