Don’t buy from this company they hide under the name ryelo. Cheap Chinese rubbish. Then they ignore any complaints.
Tech-shack gave them a glowing report won’t be using their site again.

Buying from this company was a mistake. The vacuum took two months to arrive, and broke down twice within one year of using it. The customer service is aggressively bad - I was asked for video after video after video of the unit, over the course of two months, with no suggestion of a resolution. They were clearly trying to dishearten me into stopping the return process. The issue was never resolved. It's a bad product, and I believe it might be a cheap unit re-marketed as a premium product by a dropship company. Avoid like the plague.

I bought MoonPod cordless vacuum cleaner from the good reviews and price. But in the 12 months period the middle connection button is broken. I contacted customer service for warranty they said I can buy the part did not offer me free part so I have no choice bought one .now 3 months pass my vacuum the bottom pipe plastic broken ! I choose give up buy other brand not worse save £200 bought some cheap toys like MoonPod. It cost me £179 last for 1 year 3 months ! Not recommended

Shocking after sales service - I go an error message in month 10, so still within warranty and I have been unable to get a response from their, supposed, customer service contacts. So I am left with a product that doesn't work and no way to get my money back or a replacement as they ignore all contact. I bought on my credit card so will go to them to try and get it refunded on the basis they have not fulfilled their obligations under the warranty - avoid at all costs!

Purchased their cleaner in November and was surprised how cheaply the build quality felt. Almost immediately the hose seemed to be continually blocked.
In May I wrote to complain that the hose pipe had split and after a couple of weeks I received a very blunt reply that a replacement would be forwarded ( they even sent me a link on how to fit it). A month later I had not received the hose. I emailed again only to be told that the item was outwith the 6 months warranty and I’d have to pay for a replacement. I responded but to date no reply. In short if you have £170 to waste then this is the ideal opportunity otherwise keep well away from this company

I purchased this product in August 2024, after having researched that it was the best vacuum cleaner on the market! I'm so angry about the poor quality and performance of this item and having now read the customer reviews I realise it is a con! The performance is poor and rubbish quality. A wheel has broken off and it took a part of the fittings with it. I have searched for an address or number to contact them as it is under 1 year old which is a period of my statutory rights! Having now read the customer reviews I have decided that I will write it off as I cannot face the stress and anger in dealing with the "CROOKS". DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM CLEANER AND DO NOT TRUST TRUSTPILOT!

Do not buy a Moonpod product…I bought a vacuum cleaner, it never worked properly from the word go. Their customer service was so difficult to contact, eventually replying after a few weeks. The cleaner got worse.. I asked for a replacement or at least return it to be fixed, but they ignored my request, just repeated emails with trouble shooting nonsense. I could go on..
Money down the drain, not fit for purpose. Stay away, there are much better cleaners available.

This company is impossible to communicate with.
The Vacuum Stick is expremely unreliable and has to be dismantled and reconnected whenever you wish to use it.
I cannot seem to get any response when i have tried to contact them.

I have already left a review for this hoover when first purchased. But now I have owned it for a few weeks I must say it is the worst cleaner ever now finding ,
1- the dust retention bowl is not large enough for a long clean.
2- opening the dust removal lid took my wife and I about 1/2hr to open.
3- it’s quite a heavy Vac
4- there isn’t a tool rack
5- the bracket supplied for fixing to the wall is so flimsy and next to useless.
My advice do not buy this vac

This is a Chinese business pretending to be in the UK. Their vacuum cleaner stops working shortly after receipt and they refuse to honour the guarantee which they publish as 12 months but in reality is 14 days. They have no UK telephone number. All emails replies are robots.

This is a dangerous, dreadful piece of utter junk.

Battery didn’t last 15 minutes, then didn't charge.
When I finally got through to "customer service" (what a joke) they asked me to unscrew the backing plate at the charging point to investigate.
This showed a broken input connector. Since providing this information with accompanying photos I have heard nothing.
And now we can't use the piece of crap at all because when we plug it in to attempt to charge, it sparks and gives out an electrical shock😲

Bought new cordless last year, loose electrical connection, for which I received a replacement, which was poorly packaged & when opened was broken. Would not send a replacement said I had to purchase. Then ghosted any request & would not give me a customer service contact & now I have a broken pod still on guarantee😱😱

Bought MoonPod vacuum 101 in June 2024, it now won’t pick up?

Im really disappointed I've had this vacuum cleaner for less than a year having jetisoned my old Henry Hoover-big mistske! The suction is at best mediocre, I have to hoover and re hoover the same spot to get it marginally cean. The hoover piper clogs, I have to get a sink unblocking tool to unclog it, the debris doesn't filter through to the chamber you empty, it just clogs the pipe instead. I find it incredibly hard to separate each section to swap it from an upright to a hand held. Oh and a mechanism has snapped off the main pipe that allows the pipe to bend to get into those 'hard to reach spaces', so is now held together with sellotape. The vacuum cleaner has been an awesome disappointment, especially at £180. I've e mailed the Moonpod 'support' several times, they never l, ever bothered to respond.

Its a scam. I was tricked to buy it through a website wich referred to a fake test. Too little power and too little battery.

Broke after 9 months company want 100$ for part and now won't return email. 9 months of use is crazy rubbish

I have now owned a Moonpod Vacuum for 9 months and I have to say it’s the worst vacuum I have ever owned.
It was delivered incomplete and missing parts were sent after numerous emails to customer support.
It did work for a while but never came up to expectations with poor suction.
The vacuum now whines very loudly to the point I have to wear ear defenders!
Customer Service is now ignoring me, I have said from the very beginning that the vacuum was unfit for purpose.

Garbage vacuum. Extremely weak suction power. Useless against pet hair. Short batter life. Constant error message. Broke quickly with regular use. Was a complete throw away. Can't find anyone to return or service. Seems like a scam

Bought this a few months ago and last week I had a connector sticking when disconnecting the attachment. I contacted Moonpod direct and today I received a replacement unit which fixed the problem. Wow, what service. It has always worked really well and picks up so much dust and dirt even though we vacuum every 10 days. Very easy to empty and a full charge will allow us to vacuum the whole house. By the way - it is NOT a Hoover, it is a vacuum cleaner!
