I had a great experience with this…

I had a great experience with this company’s customer service. They were extremely helpful throughout the process of returning my wig and issuing a full refund. The wig itself was really nice and I couldn’t fault the quality at all — it just wasn’t quite the right suit for me personally.

Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they made everything clear and easy, which really gave me confidence that my refund was being handled properly. The whole process was smooth and professional. Highly recommend!

Nightmare refund STILL owed £14.90 minus $3.48 (insurance fee)

I’m disappointed with my overall experience. I had to return the hair because the length supplied was shorter than the length I had ordered, so the product was not as described.
I was assured that I would receive a full refund, including my return shipping fee. The hair was sent back on 14th January, and although the company later confirmed receipt, I had to repeatedly follow up for updates.
The refund process involved significant back and forth, partial refunds, and unexpected deductions. After everything was processed, I am still out of pocket despite returning the item due to it being incorrect.
While customer service did respond, the overall return process was lengthy, stressful, and far more complicated than it should have been for a faulty item. Based on this experience, I would advise others to carefully review return terms before purchasing.

My Happy Wig Experience

My experience went well. I finally received my wig and I love it! The hair, the length, and the look is just what I wanted. I do think this company sends too many emails wanting me to buy more wigs. Other than that, I am satisfied.

I give a honest review and the delivery was quick. It came at the end of the week. I thought it would take 2 weeks. I the quality was ok. It was very soft but a lot of fly aways. I’ll keep it for everyday wig. Nice company. I’ll Oder another different wig. Maybe a curly wig. Thank you for your service.

NADULA is Definitely Scam-Adjacent

I purchased a total of 3 wigs from NADULA WIGS, and a 4th FREE wig was included, as apart of their BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY 2025 sale, (in November), in 2 separate orders. This was my first mistake! The items weren’t shipped until January and then, the initial order was canceled by them, and it was indicated in their system and to add insult to injury, they sent all Black -colored wigs, while I ordered all reddish-brown wigs. They inferred, that though the color of the wigs, was THEIR MISTAKE, if I hadn’t have selected the insurance, they would not have accepted the wigs back, for an exchange or Refund! I have been trying to resolve this for over a month and now today, AFTER I RETURNED - EXACTLY WHAT I RECEIVED and over 10 emails detailing what was returned - they emailed me to accuse me of keeping the wig, that was canceled by them! This company makes; Returns, Refund Requests and simple Customer Service, bureaucratic and cumbersome, a tactic to dissuade consumers from pursuing their REFUNDS! I am out almost $100.00! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR, unless you want to lose; money, time and any semblance of a legitimate transaction. I purchased a product in good faith and with an expectation of receiving a product, while they have a patterned history of taking money and not delivering as promised!

It took a Month to Receive The Wig i Did NOT Order!

I ordered a Red curly wig on 12/15/25, i did not receive the wig which by the way was NOT the wig that attracted me to the website. I received a black wig which is NOT human hair, the wig is synthetic, i see alot of positve reviews on the wig that i saw that brought me to the website in the 1st place, unfortunately that was NOT the wig i received. I'm very disappointed they're not offering what they're advertising. I won't ever use this company again.

Great Customer Service

I purchased a wig and was told that they didn't have the length I wanted. I could either get a shorter length and they would refund the difference or make the length I wanted but delivery would take a bit longer. As I wasn't in a rush I didn't mind. I was then told that they would send me the longer length at no extra cost. The wig arrived and it's even nice than I thought. The colour is beautiful, it's breathable, the bye bye knots are perfect. I can't wait to wear it. Just gorgeous.
I will definitely buy from them again.

Giving a new chance is important - 4stars

I must confess that store was not my first option after some bad scenarios in the past. But I was looking for a specific wig and they had what I was needing. So, I am thoroughly impressed with this piece. The delivery was remarkably fast, and the wig itself is beautiful, featuring a unique color and uniform, well-distributed curls.
As a human hair and wig expert, I followed a strict restoration protocol. Upon wetting the hair, I detected a strong carbonized odor. Consistent with what I have observed in three other thermally modified pieces from Nadula, this unit showed clear signs of thermal retraction. (As a feedback. Pay attention in the 'maximum paramethers of temperature')

Technically, the fiber was severely malnourished. I applied L’Oréal Absolut Repair Molecular followed by a custom blend of Wella Enrich, Maui, and cold-pressed coconut oil. The instant absorption confirmed the damage from the industrial heat process. I also performed a technical trim of one inch and added subtle layers to remove dehydrated ends.

The final result is stunning: high-definition curls with incredible volume and health. I love this wig, but I highly recommend the manufacturer reviews their thermal systems to avoid irreversible damage. A great purchase for those with the expertise to treat it!

Unhappy Customer

I used to enjoy Nadula until I ordered a wig and never received it. I checked and the tracking number shows it was still waiting for the label to created. I asked for a refund and they rejected my refund. Filed a complaint with BBB. I will never or my friends will not support Nadula. The order is still showing label to be created...They do not take care of their customers to satisfy them.
