Horrible Customer Service

I recently ordered a wig in a different style (which is my fault) and requested a refund/cancellation within 10 minutes of ordering it. What I don’t understand is why we have to go through a whole process with customer service rather than having an option to cancel in the app or online. After digging online I’m seeing how it can take months for others to receive refunds which is absurd. Customer service takes forever to reply and when they do (in my current scenario) are not even helping!!! I just want a refund for the wig i ACCIDENTALLY purchased, is that so hard????

I absolutely love my hair from UNice! The quality is amazing super soft, full, and true to length. It barely sheds and doesn’t tangle, even after washing and styling. The lace blended perfectly with my skin and was easy to install, which made the whole process smooth.

Horrible Wigs. Horrible Customer Service

Horrible! The wig that was sent was not the right one. It looked like 2 different styles and lengths. I would have had to cut it to make it the same. Nothing was offered for this inconvenience. I returned it and they had it back for over a week and still didn’t process my refund. Then said oh sorry, we will in 12 hours. This was a terrible experience. Then when they sent me the review request and I told them I wouldn’t leave a good review for $5, they told me to ignore that message. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.

Customer service timeframe

Ordered the wrong size ( my fault) but when I needed to return it. It takes forever for customer service to respond to the refund request. That is different most companies have a return option online. It takes days for cs to respond back to you in email and in text. I sent my order back over a two weeks ago, no refund and haven’t got a response from cs about it in days.
Wigs are great, but if you ever need help it’s a long process.

I placed an order on 12/9/2025 for a wig. My wig was lost in transit, and delivery company advised me to contact UNICE for a delivery or replacement. UNICE ignored me for weeks, and after finally answering me, they only provided me a 70% refund for the wig; as if it being lost was my fault. Terrible customer service. Don’t order for this company.

UNice Hair

I placed an order with UNice Hair, Days later, an email delivery confirmation came in stating that my package was delivered. However, my package was not there. After days of searching for the package with the concierge, we confirmed that it was stolen.

I reached out to UNice to inform them of what happened and confirm the tracking information. They promptly responded to my email and confirmed delivery. After I informed them that my package was stolen, they later sent me ana email letting me know they were shipping my replacement.

I really appreciate them for this.
