I haven't received my order after getting an email on 11th January that stated it was dispatched and would arrive in 4-7 working days. I have emailed twice and still haven’t had a response.

Order took more than 3 weeks, they promised 1–5 days delivery. Also they tried to invoice me before I’d even received the products. Also, customer service never replied to my 2 emails (even though it said in their website they’ll reply within 24hrs.

The whole business is a scam.
I’ll never order from them again. Do not recommend them.

NAMLY is a SCAM company. They will taker your money, but never deliver any goods.
On December 8th I ordered some items from them. They should be delivered "within 1-6 days".
On December 18th after having heard nothing I wrote the "company", who promised to reply within 24 hours. No reply.
On December 20th I wrote and cancelled the order.
On December 23rd they withdrew the money from my bank account.
I have now reported NAMLY to the Police.

Ordered twice. Took over a month both times. First time they lost my order twice in the mail somehow. I ordered a second time thinking the first time was a shipping fluke because I liked the stickers. This time, same thing. After the second time the order was "lost" , they gave me a Postnord tracking number (after me being very persistent that they provide one) that hasn't updated in 5 days, this is all considering they advertise delivery in 2-3 weekdays. The customer service rep takes more than 3 days to respond even though their auto response email says within 24 hours. I will never order from them again and don't recommend anyone else does. I've been offered no compensation or anything for waiting for a month twice for my orders that are supposed to take 2 days

They sent wrong order even i sent many emails but didn’t get any reply in the autoreply is mentioned we get back to you 24 hours i sent email 5 days before but they didn't reply. Please be aware these people i can't recommend to them

Having now seen reviews look like they scam people shame on you especially at this time of year people's hard earn money and time these Company's should be shut down immediately.

I have ordered this and got an email saying i could track it. I in fact could not track it. I have tried emailing and still absolutely nothing!
Im really needing this parcel for a special gift and im honestly disappointed because at this point i dont think it will come

Stickers are great! Didn't get that shipping information though, but the package arrived quigly, within 6 or 7 days.

The labels arrived fast but the quality wasn't as good as I was expecting, it was a bit pixelated.

I would've liked to get an e-mail update when the products were sent.

Do not order from this company.

The product does not match meet the expectations, and look cheap.

When trying to return the item, they’ll send you a pre-paid return label which is not accepted by the post office in Sweden and won’t send you one that works.

I do not recommend this company, save your money and go elsewhere.

Great stickers but they weren't suitable for my renovation. Returned them at my expense 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a reply and refund. customer service is hopeless. consider carefully before ordering from this company

I ordered name stickers from them but the picture is not clear and looks pale. It wasn’t that pale when I made the order. It’s important that the picture is clear because that’s how the child will recognise its item. I’ve previously ordered from Filur and they are much better.

Have ordered name stickers for my kids clothing and they look great, and hold really well (my kid outgrew her clothes before the stickers became too worn, 1.5 years+)

I can't speak for the other products but I had great help from customer service when I needed also and can't relate to the bad reviews :)

Scammers, dont buy anything. They will not deliver what they advertise and you get no money back. I dont write negative reviews often, but I must warn, NAMLEYis a SCAM!
