Great clothing name stickers

Have ordered name stickers for my kids clothing and they look great, and hold really well (my kid outgrew her clothes before the stickers became too worn, 1.5 years+)

I can't speak for the other products but I had great help from customer service when I needed also and can't relate to the bad reviews :)

Fast and easy delivery!

Fast and easy delivery!

Good price, I was kept informed about my delivery and able to track it and it arrived in good time without so much as a bump on the carton. Very pleased!

First time - exceeded expectations

Gave budbee a try for the first time, wasn't disappointed! I could track my driver on the day, he followed my delivery instructions, it was in time, and I was met with a smile! What more can you ask for :)

International customers order at your own risk

As the title says, I had placed an order to Sweden that was shipped from the US, once the parcel reached Sweden it stopped being tracked (which was considered normal). It went past my EDD so I asked TT and they told me to wait another month. I waited 6 weeks to then ask for more help, they didn't reply. 2 weeks after that I got a refund from my card supplier. Sorry to say that international customers order at your own risk

Don't buy same day delivery and expect to get it

I ordered a (very nice) basket of flowers for my mother last Saturday morning, well before the cutoff for same day delivery. I paid a higher shipping cost to have them delivered that day, they did not deliver until Monday.

This not only ruined the surprise by me expecting to recieve the service i paid for and asking the recipient on Sunday if anything had turned up for her, I also emailed customer service twice to point out that I had paid extra for something I did not recieve. They first dodged the question and the second time did not bother to answer at all.

The flowers were lovely but the service is sub par. I live abroad so always order online and thought I would give this shop a chance. The late delivery can be stomached but not the service recieved afterward. Not recommended.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to learn of your disappointment.

We have confirmed with the florist that delivery was attempted on the requested delivery date, but there was not anyone at the delivery location and nowhere to leave the flowers. Instead, they re-delivered the order on the Monday.

We are sorry for the delay in receiving the flowers.
