I didn’t think i’d enjoy it, i really loved thé process, and the outcome is fantastic. Thé numbers on thé Canvas are clear, the paint is smooth, and the instructions are easy to follow, anyone can start paint without any S Skills

I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but I'm honestly impressed. The canvas is good quality, thenumbers are clear, and painting it was very calming. Perfect if you want something creative without stress.

This company steals from professional photographers to make their products.

I ordered a paint by numbers kit on 12Dec25 from NumPaint.com. On 12Jan26, they finally sent an email saying inaccurate address, return to sender. The address was correct on the invoice! It is now 18Jan26, and I have not received a refund or any other correspondences. They never answer the phone when I call and have not responded to my written inquiry.
I would suggest that you save yourself a hassle and get painting kits from a different website!!!

Totally recommending the website, I order my kit on Nov, and I just finished it, it turns out great, the paints are smooth the canvas made of linen and the results were outstanding, I will definitely be ordering more

I ordered a personalised paint-by-numbers from NumeralPaint.com expecting something close to what was advertised on their website. What I received was shockingly poor quality.

The image has been massively oversimplified, with faces distorted and unrecognisable, colours completely off, and huge random paint sections that bear no resemblance to the original artwork shown online. Fine details are lost entirely, leaving what looks like a rushed, low-effort digital conversion rather than a carefully prepared paint-by-numbers design.

For a personalised product, accuracy and detail are everything and this fails on both counts. The advertised image is vibrant, detailed, and polished; the actual canvas looks flat, muddy, and unfinished before you even pick up a brush.

This was meant to be a gift and is honestly unusable in its current state. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. The product does not match the listing, and the quality is far below what you would reasonably expect for the price.

Always fantastic customer service & there paintings are of such a great standard & Numeral Paint always go out of there way to meet my needs.

The company has now resolved my complaint and given me a full refund

The finished painting was great, the colors match the picture shown online. It was a great pasttime to unwind after work, and now i have have a nice decoration on my wall too. Very recommendable.

I placed two orders on the same day each going to a different address and country, one was sent to my mom’s home in Spain and the other was supposed to arrive here in Morocco.My mom already received her painting and has started her project but I’m still here waiting for mine to arrive, the idea was for us to work on the paintings together at the same time so we could share a creative moment even from a distance but it is what it is! She absolutely loves hers and I’m really looking forward to getting mine too tho I’m a bit disappointed it's taking this long (I’ll update my review once I receive mine)

I appreciate the support team, responsive and helpfull. The package arrived in great shape, and within the estimated time. I recommend bigger canvases tho for a better experience! I find the bigger sizes easier and more enjoyable!

I ordered the ‘Paris Couple Paint by Numbers’ for my 12th anniversary with my wife, it just reminds us of our time in Paris, we both painted different numbers and had a fun and relaxing time, it was a new and special way to celebrate

I just received my painting, and it looks amazing, I love the canvas, the paints quality, I will start painting right away to gift it to my grandmother.

I ordered, a kit from numeralpaint and I was missing a color, so I emailed the support team about the issue, they were fantastic as they have took full responsibility and resent me the missing color. I just finished the painting and it looks great, I will definitely be ordering more paintings for Xmas.

I received my painting within a fortnight in good condition.
I'm happy with the canvas quality as well, and not to forget the great customer service.

I absolutely enjoyed my “Goldfinch and Sunflowers” paint by number kit, the quality is very good even better than what I expected, the canvas is strong, the numbers are clear and the colors are bright, the pictures looks very nice when finished

I ordered the Emile Folle portrait kit. Initiall I was hopeful that the skin detail would be good because it has so many divisions. This was not the case. I started with the face, and the colors as indicated are very poorly matched to the original artwork. The shadows are too dark, and the eyes are barely discernible. I am somewhat disappointed, but after trying a few producers of these kits, I find it is a constant problem. If are not familar with the artist you may not notice. I am familiar. I do notice

Very happy with my first order. The canvas and paints were both great quality and delivery was when expected. I've gone back to order some more and the website has changed. It's really difficult to see the paintings without clicking on each individual painting. I wouId love to order some more but l dont have time for that.

I ordered this for a colleague as he'd broken his foot. Although it took some time to arrive and was not what I was expecting, Numeralpaint have since been in contact with me and have rectified the issue I had, which I would like to thank them for. So they are reputable and do help when things go wrong .
