Customer Service not addressing my isdue
I posted a review here and a person named Mary, from Davincified, blamed me for getting a kit that produced pink violets. She said I should have ordered a kit with fewer colors if I wanted violet colored violets. Why didn’t the first customer service rep explain that?
I sent photos of the reference photo on the box they sent me with actual violet colored violets, I sent a photo of my partially completed painting of pink violets.
The ref photo on the box and my 10% completed painting clearly don’t match.
I spent $75 on a kit called Vibrant Violets and got hot pink violets.
Please send me a kit with fewer colors, if that’s what it’s going to take to get violet colored violets.
Or return my $75.

Paint covers most of the numbers and lines with one coat.
Suggest investing in a set of good quality small brushes as lots of small details to complete.
Have now had several paintings from Davincified and been extremely happy with all of them.
