Thanks for your comment. We're so glad that we managed to resolve your exchange request and that you've now received your replacement item!

We understand your frustration regarding the initial return. As you can imagine, the summer holiday period, particularly over New Year's, presented some logistical challenges for small businesses like ours. Our team was operating with reduced hours, and unfortunately, your returned parcel was sent to the post office for collection rather than being delivered directly to us. We apologise for this oversight. As you may know, Australia Post no longer leaves calling cards, and the parcel remained at the LPO until you contacted us.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We're always striving to improve our processes and feedback like yours helps us do that. We’re also glad to know that as a long time customer you’ve had good experiences with us in the past and we hope to continue to provide you with the best service possible.

Please note that international shipments from Australia to Ireland can take 20-30 business days to arrive and your item arrived within this time frame. We are very far away from the UK!

In the future, if you need your order faster, we do offer express international shipping for an additional fee.

I am sorry you did not receive your shipping details.

Our website automatically sends tracking advice when your item ships. I have looked at the tracking information for your parcel and I can see that your item is awaiting collection at the Swiss Post office since 12/3/24 and they advised they have left a collection note for you.

We understand your concern about the lack of response to your emails. We've reviewed our records and see that two emails were sent within two hours prior to your review (local time 6:45am).

Please note that we operate during regular business hours (9am-5pm) and are located in Australia - which is not the same time zone as the USA where you are located. We have since replied to your emails and await your reply to us.

Upon further inspection of your parcels location - it appears the package was delivered to the post office for collection or re-delivery on Feb 12, 2024 - approximately one month ago. The responsibility is with the customer to collect their goods from the local delivery location.
