I ordered a dress on Oct (4 or 5) 2025. I never received it, I filed a refund on Oct 24, 2025. No response. Now its February 2026. I filed a complaint through PayPal today, trying to see they will give me back my money in the end. Don't ever buy anything from them, customer service doesn't help. Buyer beware.

Excellent customer service! I originally ordered a swimsuit that wasn't quite as flattering as I wanted for my body. The customer service team was so helpful answering my questions and sending me a replacement item that fit perfect! Additionally, shapewear dress in my original order is probably my favorite piece of clothing I own. I feel great and confident in their clothes. I definitely will shop at popilush in the future!

I ordered 3 dresses, when I received my package there were two dresses in it. Neither dress was in my order, they weren’t even in my size.
I immediately sent photos to Popilush customer support. I worked with several support people, all of whom seemed confused as to what I was requesting. The request was for them to send me my original order. They fumbled around for several days, asking me several times which dresses were missing from my order. I explained each time that I did not receive any of the dresses I ordered. Then they asked if I wanted to receive them??
I asked to be connected with someone from the management team and once they ignored me so I sent another request to speak to management and today they are offering me a $10 coupon code.
I’d still like to speak to management.

it took a few emails as I believe that a general email was returned. But eventually we got it all handled and i am very happy with the result. I haven't received the replacement item yet but it is on its way.

This was my first (and last) purchase through their website to Germany.
In the past, the dresses were also on Amazon, which made the ordering process very smooth.
However this time I had to order them directly from the website and the return has been an absolute nightmare.
Beware that the sizing is inconsistent and varies between different forms of fabric. That's why one of the dresses fits perfectly and the other one is way too small (even though it is the same size).
I've been trying to get ahold of Popilush to start my return process but have been unsuccesfull until now. They don't respond to email or IG messages.
Safe yourself the worry, if you're ordering from overseas. A happy life without Popilush dresses is possible

Worst online shopping experience.
Placed 2 orders on 6/12 and 8/12 2025.
The second order was delivered.
The first was sent to a pick up location even though I paid for home delivery. Since then I have been trying to get this order delivered. Popilush have given email addresses and several phone contacts for me to resolve on my own. They even suggested that I ask a friend to go to the pick up location as I eventually was unable to. I still don't have my order and am truly fed up of the run around. Never ever again.

Popilush has some amazing options, my wife loved the styles but when we bought them, they were a bit too small (she ordered small). However, we were able to exchange them easily and quickly!

Sizing is wrong, states free returns but if like me you neglected to read the small print only for the USA not for the UK. Dress was cheap material and 100% not worth the money

First of all it took like two months for my order to actually get to me. I ordered over £150 worth of stuff so it wasn’t cheap. None of the items I ordered were suitable which would’ve been fine had returning the item not been so difficult first of all they don’t just give you a simple return form to fill out online like a normal clothing line would normally do you have to contact the Customer Service team who you end up going back-and-forth with they offer you everything but a return it’s absolutely disgusting. You spend that amount of money and you can’t get a simple return when the clothing is still completely intact. They finally sent me the online return form and it said that it could not locate my order, so I’ve had to go back to them again. This is absolutely disgusting Customer Service. I’m terrified that when I finally get to the bottom of it and send the items back, it’s probably gonna take forever to even get refund. Terrible company do not trust them with your money take it elsewhere where it can be used with a trusted company. This company just wants to take your money and not give any good Customer Service at all. I’ve never known it to be so hard to get a refund from a company in my life.
UPDATE 11/01/2026 still don’t have my refund even after sending them a screenshot of evidence that it’s been tracked and delivered to them they are still making excuses not to provide it. This is an absolute scam of a company. I’ve never heard of a company not providing you with a refund before so now I not only don’t have any goods, but I also don’t have my money back. Do not buy from this company, please I warn you. protect your money or use it with a trusted company that you know that you can safely return your items back to with no issues.

I recently ordered two items from Popilush. One was a white mesh dress with tiny rhinestones that fit true to size, was comfortable and very pretty, earning lots of compliments. The other was a pleather jumpsuit that fit OK but was not especially flattering to my short-waisted frame. I attempted to initiate a return and received several "exchange" options instead. I again contacted their support team about a return and, to be fair, they did reply quickly but the reply landed in my Trash folder so I didn't see it right away and it directed me to a "self service portal" to complete the return. No link to the portal was provided and can't find it on their website, so I'm currently dead in the water. As much as I love that dress, not sure I would risk ordering from them again.
Addendum: as you can see from the response below, Popilush did reach out to me and ultimately facilitated my return. It did cost a $9 shipping and restocking fee but I didn’t that was completely unreasonable since there was nothing wrong with the item, it just didn’t suit me and that’s the gamble with online shopping

I ordered a dress for my wife’s birthday. I knew the size might be slightly off, but Popilush assured that exchanges and returns were very easy. The dress arrived a week late after ordering with express shipping, and it is not the right size. I don’t mind but now I’ve been trying to return the dress and have gone through their process multiple times but just keep receiving the same automated email. Never giving me a return slip and when I try to contact their support Number I just get an automated system that only lets me leave a voicemail. Very disappoint after spending $200 on a single item.

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I canceled my order before it shipped and was told my refund would be processed, but months later, I still have not received it. Customer service does not respond to emails or phone calls. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

I’m writing this review to share my disappointment with this company’s policy and customer service. I returned a dress and was given a store credit for the amount I paid. Although I didn’t pay close attention to the fine print at the time, I assumed — as most customers would — that store credit for money I already spent would remain valid indefinitely.
When I tried to use the credit, I was told it had expired after one year. I contacted customer service, and despite explaining that I simply missed the expiration detail, they refused to honor my original amount and only offered me $10 off my next order.
So the company ultimately kept $66.41 of my money, even though I returned the product and received nothing in exchange. I’ve genuinely never seen store credit treated this way, and it feels extremely unfair to customers.
Policies aside, good customer service is about doing what’s right — not hiding behind technicalities. Unfortunately, this experience showed me the opposite, and I won’t be shopping here again.
