I sent a message to customer service as I could no longer see my entries on my account. Kathie replied in no time giving me prompts which didn't work. I replied back and again they replied quickly to look into it and try a few more things. This morning I can access my entries. Whoop. Well done 👏 customer service support excellent. Thanks Kathie 😊

I was put off by the marketing rather than the concept itself. Using phrases like “stop sofa surfing” alongside a £3m house draw, and suggesting people sell belongings to afford entry for a luxury car, feels deeply tone-deaf. Even if intended as satire, it trivialises real financial and housing insecurity. Supporting mental health charities doesn’t negate the harm caused by this kind of messaging.

Had a minor issue when I bought my tickets in regards to the extra tickets for referring a friend. The team resolved this quickly and efficiently. Good service

Awful app and website. You can't find your bank card details on neither their website nor their app. You can't log out at all. No freaking way they are truthful. Bull !

Brilliant customer service, and very prompt replies via email after an issue with my first subscription payment that didn't go through initially. Kathie and Esther via email helped me get through that in time for the next entry, due to their very clear and concise directions. Highly recommended company, five stars all round!

Purchased £10.00 ticket with a discount voucher, making a total of £7.00. However, when I paid, a total of £20.00 was removed from my account!
Definitely not a site to be trusted ever again.

Easy to apply for your choice of tickets and great value subscriptions. Had a problem with a discount code. Emailed and was sorted by Kathie straight away. Thank you.

I found it confusing with so many tickets and various prices etc and discovered that I had subscribed 3 times for 3 lots of tickets which I obviously could not afford. However, once I contacted Raffle House Customer Support they had it sorted within a day. Very pleasant and helpful and hopefully I may win something with my one subscription!

Why do house winners never keep the house and always keep the money? I've been playing with you for over a year and I've never won anything, there was a month when I had more than 5,000 tickets, and I never won anything, in the last few months I put it in my partner's name, he was British with a very English name, maybe I'm lucky, but I never won anything.

I did a single raffle towards the end of 2025 and didn't want any more at the time. I picked up that another one first of January, and now another MBNA on 1st February, that I did not want, or ask for. I do not want it, and I want a message from Raffle House rapidly telling me I will not get one please! 5/2/26 - Raffle House 'customer support' have stopped the other payments, and just want me to ensure I only use a single raffle, not a 'subscription' raffle. They have been quick to remove the subscription after I had contacted them. They are a good team if you in trouble!

There is something incredibly dodgy about Raffle House.
The Winners pics all look like stock images and never anyone’s full name! Then they claim winners wish to remain anonymous as a response. But these Winners are happy to give a photo? I mean come on….. Omaze don’t seem to have this “issue”.
I suggest you google the which.co.uk review title -“ House raffle ads found to be 'misleading'”
Then see how much they “claim” to actually give to charity. Reality is low £1000s not millions like omaze. So where’s the money going?
In addition to Which, If you search for raffle house Key complaints :
Misleading Prize/Value: In 2019, the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) ruled against Raffle House for, in some cases, awarding cash prizes significantly lower than the value of the advertised property.
Terms and Conditions: Complaints pointed out that if ticket sales targets were not met, the company's terms allowed them to provide a cash alternative rather than the property.
How odd that Phil (January 2026 winner of the Cornwall house) supposedly took the cash! I wonder how much he got…. Or maybe raffle house didn’t sell enough tickets? Or maybe they sold enough tickets but the owners of raffle house decided they wanted more of the money for themselves…..?
Who the hell audits them? Validates their claims of giving to charities or whether enough tickets were sold, and then how much they deduct for their “costs”!
Just my thoughts, (plus Which.co.uk)
And finally why so many positive reviews on trustpilot? This is VERY suspicious. Look the national lottery gets 1.3 stars out of 5! Who the hell calls about an entry query and then leaves glowing reviews, about the customer service?
Go buy a lottery ticket instead. At least they are transparent. None of this “secretive” draw raffle house claim is conducted by a 3rd party. Just D-O-D-G-Y as.
