30 day delay for “door to door…
30 day delay for “door to door service”. Wrong documentation. Had to hire a customs agent to help release SIX boxes and pay almost $2000 more! All boxes arrived broken and unsealed. Items shattered. And I paid for “EXTRA” insurance! Filed a claim the end of June. It’s the end of Aug…no response via email, chat or phone. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Poor customer service. The agent a woman who answered the phone sounds really rude. She's giving this "don't call here im not available" tone. I think she's a Filipina. So unprofessional. Gurl if you don't wanna answer calls then don't work on customer service.

Do not use this ship any company, this company is terrible. I had shipped an item overseas either they didn't include the shipping documents or didn't communicate with me what other documentation was needed. after about 20 emails with through me FedEx and the recipient and the package has still not been delivered..
