I would give a -10; 40 minutes I will never get back.
Final mile guys inept, complained I didn't have a sidewalk... perhaps because I live in the forest..., had broken jacks, and wanted to leave a 600+ plus generator in the dirt (forest) drive for a 70 year old woman to deal with.
I tried numerous ways to contact hub group...perhaps they are as inept as the unqualified, unprepared, clueless delivery guys.
Maybe Hubgroup won't answer the phone because all they get is complaints.
My next step is contacting Amazon.

I have had 2 horrible experiences with HUB group for 2 different types of delivery services. One being an Echelon bike that was supposed to be replaced as it was defective. When the new bike was delivered they refused to take the old bike away stating Echelon had not told them to remove even though I had an email confirming that it was to be removed they did very little to try to make it right and stated I had to go through Echelon. They didn't seem to even understand all the components of the new bike. When I called Echelon they stated they would request for the same company to come back to remove the old defective bike and the company refused stating we were too far out for them to make it worth while and now i'm stuck having to remove this myself at my own cost. I also ordered new appliances recently through GE and was given a delivery date a month in advance I took off of work and re-arranged my entire schedule to accommodate. I never received notice or a phone call with a delivery window despite leaving my number for a return call. On the day of delivery at 11:13am they called to state my delivery would be the following week between 7a-4p. No explanation given. I stated I had a saved screenshot from them stating a different date. They even stated they had no idea how I could have gotten a confirmation even though it came from their own site... They refused to escalate the matter or furnish any kind of excuse. I truly hope that GE stops using them they are an abysmal service and GE is not.
Horrible Experience
We had two delivery drivers are at our home yesterday to deliver and install a microwave. They showed up and were extremely difficult, rude and disrespectful. They refused to install our microwave and stated that they didn’t have enough time and needed to get back on the road to get home. During our interaction they began to get frustrated and speak in Spanish thinking I couldn’t understand them. We did understand you and didn’t appreciate your unkind words and foul language. There are people out there that are bilingual! Horrible company, horrible workers and a total waste of our time. I pray we never have to encounter this company or their employees again.

Anytime and I mean ANYTIME you see that this company is going to deliver an item, just know:
1. They will not come on the day they first state
2. When they do come, the item will not be on the truck
3. They will scratch up or mess up something and no recourse.
Companies, please pick better delivery company!! They have horrible checks and balances and no customer support.
Worst Delivery Company Ever!!!!
Unbelievably incompetent, unprofessional, and downright TERRIBLE! Had 3 different pickup dates scheduled and they didn't show for any of them. That's 12 hours of me sitting around waiting. No phone call, no text, nothing, just a no show. Forget about calling customer service - long hold times and rude reps. Then all you get is someone will be in contact with you in 24-48 hrs, but they don't... so you end up calling them back and wasting another hour on hold. Only use this company if you like sitting around waiting on them not to show up.

I would give ZERO stars - they won’t come back to pick up a damaged refrigerator- they keep canceling their pickup times 4 times now and not rescheduling. Won’t return calls or never can get ahold of a live person. Extremely disappointed that Home Depot would continue to use this 3rd party company. This has been going on since November!

Held product for a week in the local warehouse. Zero communication from the office staff. Attempted to reschedule 3 times, on hold for 30 minutes to be dismissed by some operator. The only one who tried to help was the driver.

Whoever is running this company should be fired. Horrible communication with clients. I rearranged 2 days around the delivery appointment and still did not receive my delivery. You can only talk to virtual assistants when tracking your order. I asked to be called an hour before delivery and they texted 3 minutes before delivery. My appointment was for 4pm to 6pm. They came at 2pm. I wasn’t home. I called the driver - rude and uncooperative.

Delivery has been sitting at the last mile for 2 weeks. Somehow Amazon can get it halfway around the world in 10 days but the last mile takes two weeks and counting with no communication from hub group beyond my reaching out. The employees I’ve interacted with have been extremely cordial and responsive; however there’s still no sign of my delivery on the radar. I keep getting the “ we’ll schedule your delivery within 48 hours response”. I’ve escalated several times and keep getting the same answer.

if i could give it 0 stars i would. the phone customer service reps lie, the chat customer service reps lie, the chat bot lies and the tracking lies! they need to be sued because this is insane! still don't have my order and they are still lying about why it's not being delivered.

Called me Monday night to confirm my delivery for Tuesday. Said they would be here 10 am to 2 pm. Sat here all day, finally at 4 pm attempted to call them. Prompt said press option 2 for Samsung purchases. Pressed option 2. Please hold. Then it drops the call.
So no call, total no show.

I wish there was a 0 star rating. This company is the worst with communicating. They didnt show up first delivery date and tried to deliver after 10 pm the next attempt. They rely on automation for customer support and a arbitrary scheduling process that provides delivery time based on someone who stays at home instead of coordinating with homeowner to ensure they are there.
Awful Hub Group
Home Deport contracted with Hub Group to pick up a return item. HG then sent an email to me saying they would contact me within 48 hours to schedule the pick up. That was nine days ago. Since then I have contacted HG 5 or six times to schedule a pick. Each time they said they would get back to me very shortly to schedule the pick up. They never got back to me. Most recently, I spoke with a live agent who scheduled a pickup for a 4 hour window. HG never came. I text chatted with HG today. The agent said she would escalate the matter and that someone would get back to me ASAP. We'll see

Agree with other terrible reviews. Tracking for my order was not updated for over a week and way past the delivery window, when I called I was told "we don't know who has it or where it is" and was then promptly disconnected.

NOT mine but delivered it to the wrong city!!!🙀 it should have gone to Melbourne FL! But instead it came to me in Kissimmee FL🤪 and so I have NO idea where my door went! And then….. I was told they would pick up the wrong door today but they NEVER SHOWED UP! Wow! You just can’t make this stuff up!!
Truly awful company
Truly awful company. Used by Article to deliver goods. Took a week to schedule a delivery, then left the packages on the sidewalk of the wrong address. To make matters worse, they were unresponsive and rude when they did respond. They only delivered 2 of the 3 packages before marking delivery complete. They are shady and should not be in business. Stop using this company for delivery services.

Worst customer service ever, there is no customer service
This is the worst company ever! I had a delivery scheduled Tuesday between 10:00 and 3:00. I was told all through text or an automated voicemail. Never heard a word on Tuesday. Had to look up the tracking information and all it said was delayed. No phone call no email no text nothing. You cannot speak to a real person ever so I waited two days to get another phone call and text to schedule. I was told it would be between 11 and three and then I looked and it got changed to between one and five but again no one told me I had to find this out myself. Then I get a text saying that they're 15 minutes away when I'm supposed to get a 30 minute notice. I respond to the AI text and tell them that I'm on my way and they say they're going to let the drivers know. I get home about 18 minutes later and they have come and gone without a phone call. Again try to reach out to them just get the AI bot talking back to me saying that they're going to escalate my concern and have a customer service person call me right away, which is what happened on Tuesday and no one ever called. I have never experienced this bad of customer service ever.
