Ive been using this app for almost 5 years and never had any problem. But just recently, i did not receive one of my orders. The notofication says i have received the package but i dis not receive any package. Whats more disappointing is that the support could not even trace my order and just said they cannot help me.

This will be my last purchase with this company due to several issues with their customer service and return policies.
Firstly, the customer service team does not communicate in English, making it difficult for international customers to resolve concerns efficiently. Secondly, the return policies are unreasonable. I placed an order worth €150, which included a necklace pendant that was significantly smaller than advertised. When I requested a return, I was unaware that I needed to explicitly state that the item was "not as described" for a return to be covered by the company.
According to their policy:
1. Satisfied or refunded returns – The customer must cover return shipping costs.
2. Returns for incorrect, defective, or damaged items – The company covers the return shipping.
While this policy may seem clear, it is highly restrictive in practice. To my surprise, the return shipping cost for a small item was €7, which is excessive. Competing platforms like Zalando and Shein offer a far better experience, providing free returns regardless of item size.
Additionally, on a different item from the same list when I reached out to the original seller on the platform for an alternative solution on a missing part, they failed to respond after two emails and a follow-up. This lack of accountability reflects poorly on the company’s overall reliability.
Given this experience, I find the platform’s practices unfair and inconvenient. I have already deleted their app and will not be making any future purchases. Improvements in customer service, fairer return policies, and better seller accountability are essential for a trustworthy shopping experience.

I made two orders before and they were fine. However I made an order on the 29 of September that was supposed to be delivered 16th of October. I got a message informing me of a problem at the time, but it's now the 20th of November and no updates. The app still shows the old delivery date. The unhelpful AI bot also tells me "Your order is coming on the 16th of October". Sent a message to support and didn't hear anything back. The app also won't allow me to do anything. Can't cancel, can't talk to a human being that could help me. Also the website won't allow me to log in.

They sell you fake products I got replay shoes that stain the lasses on day one , the color was definitely extremely poor quality. I sadly pay for infinity it still show cost for order that was at 38 euros for closing, so free shipping it doesn't. THIS WON'T SAVE YOU MONEY SCAMMER

I've made 4 orders.
The bigger ones where a 700€ sofa and a 80€ set of plates.
The sofa arrived damaged, they offer me a 80€ cupon that I have not received.
The plate set arrived broken, they told me that it was not possible to send me a new one as they where out of stock, which is not true, as the set is still available on their website.
My other orders were pillow, it was ok.
Disappointed.
