Update my review NO REFUND NO RESPECT
I had to update my review: many fake male profiles are created directly by the company to push users into purchasing a premium subscription.
No refund was issued for my paid subscription, even though my account was suspended shortly before its expiration without any valid explanation.
The team was sarcastic and unwilling to resolve the issue. Absurd.
I initiated a bank dispute, and the team asked me to close it, making me feel like I was in the wrong if I didn’t.

Absolutely appalled about how customer service is handled
It's the second time I have been blocked for fraudolent reports. With no warning, no message, nothing. The app just stopped working.
That already rude as hell. Not replying to any contact form makes it worse.
I finally wrote to the x profile, who could help me the first time but apparently not now. There is also no indication to whom or where I can turn to to get the issue solved. Just why? I love the app and wanna use it bloody hell.
Edit: Except that's not even what happened? Not that I got a chance to explain.
Furthermore, after I was unbanned I got reported again, although I did nothing wrong, prompting a second ban wich is even more unjustified than the first, where at least there had been a misunderstanding. There has been no communication in app or out of it before or after the second ban. The situation hasn't even been examined nor moderated, just reacted to on preconception. Not cool. Also not being able to contact customer service at all is utterly ridiculous in any shape or form.
