Total mess
Videos flop all time, but if you spend money you get a measly 10k views. The whole app is a pay to win scam and every 2 videos are either an ad or a live.
The video/account moderation is a total mess because people's accounts and/or video's get taken down for no reason
Tiktok was way better before it got sold and ruined
Tiktok outright lying to avoid refund
Took 10 days for courier to admit item was lost. Tiktok shop gave NO support. When Evri finally admit it was lost, tiktok shop said Evri hadn't said it despite it being there in black and white, so won't refund. So despite their customer protection pledge, no support and I'm down hundreds. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM TIKTOK shop that is more than 3 quid.
Appalling

I love TikTok. You can learn a number of things from the videos
This is not first order that I've had…
This is not first order that I've had problems with and that's why I would like to report this. Once you have bought a product it's it's difficult to return it because of the false advertising. Also they ask me for a review after I received the product and I gave them a bad review because it's not what it advertised as.
0 star for Tiktok sho and its customer service
Lol if I can onlu give 0 stars for tiktok shop no consumer protection imagine being scammed by the seller yet still continously being rejected for a support. Im not even asking for a refund I only ask them to let the seller reply to me. Poor service.
Beware counterfeit NMN AND COMPLIMENTARY THERAPIES
bought from fake company selling counterfeit NMN was also sent empower Mind Formula took complimentary? mind formula-was i'll at hospital from then hadn't opened NMN thank goodness so tried to return them and as soon as ls i pressed return the link just faded out-no human to try and sort out issues so had to cut my losses
NO Free Returns even if items come damaged
I am very disappointed from a recent purchase I made from tiktok shop, where the item had a 30 day free returns policy. The item was delivered to me damaged and have been told by both the seller I have to pay for the return and I will be refunded with a tiktok voucher. Basically false advertising, its costing me 20£ to arrange. Stick with a reputable company for large goods if its too good to be true it usually is.
Boycott
Order placed 10dats later nothing Evri delivery but they said they had it tracking stop but my contract is with tick tock you get robot who tells you same thing for days on end then live chat not sure if they are real still no refund I advice anyone be prepared for let down by both Evri and sellers never again don’t deserve even on txting to get Gass lite from tick tock been on again and just keep repeating same thing no refund so getting bank too get money back more us and Evri yet me yo say they lost my item never again be warned criminals
It’s just ok
Used to be really fun and now it’s just ok. I would want less ads and less repetitive stuff.
There are a lot of ads in TikTok aswell and the entire app is a marketing scheme for certain brands.
TikTok has a wide variety of content but Most of it is very bland and copied from other creators. Also certain creators go through more time editing videos but get less recognition than others that don’t spend as much time.
My review is based on Tik Tok customer…
My review is based on Tik Tok customer service refund policy for Faulty Goods which is basically none existent and I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from Tik Tok at all as everything we have ordered from Tik Tok as proved to not be as good as the sellers claim and they are selling crap they can't sell else where and you won't get your money back outside the 30 days.
Tik Tok have sent me round in circles for a week asking for video evidence, pictures of box and manual etc, with then referring me to the seller, told me to wait 48 hours for the seller to respond for the seller to then refer me back to Tik Tok whom was meant to be issuing a voucher not a refund, I haven't received this, I suspect now I'm not going to get this as they have now sent me a message asking for video evidence for me to prove I had received an empty box despite me trying to get a refund for a faulty item under UK Law products are returnable up to 12 months and I never reported that I received an empty box
TikTok used to be fun
TikTok used to be fun, but now it’s frustrating. Too many ads, repeated content, and the algorithm doesn’t show what I like. App crashes sometimes and uses too much data. Needs serious improvement.
TikTok is killing creativity and supporting scammers while banning creators
I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with how TikTok treats its creators. I had a growing, creative, and highly engaged community of 40,000 real followers. My videos were gaining millions of views, and I was doing exactly what TikTok claims to encourage: inspiring people, helping them find joy in hobbies, and building a supportive environment. I even paid for TikTok Ads, literally investing my own money into the platform’s growth.
The result? A permanent ban for nothing.
Here is why TikTok is becoming a "trash heap" of the internet:
Absurd Moderation: My comments were blocked for no reason. Harmless words like "Thank you" or simple emojis were flagged as violations. After 10 of these "phantom" violations, my entire account was deleted without a chance for a real appeal.
Zero Human Support: There is no "support" in TikTok. You are forced to talk to brainless bots. No one listens, no one investigates, and no one cares about the creators who actually build the platform’s value.
Double Standards: While my creative and clean content was banned, the platform is crawling with 18+ content, scams, and fraudulent accounts. TikTok ignores actual rule-breakers while punishing honest users.
Shadowbanning and Restriction: They actively kill reach and restrict communication, making it impossible to engage with your own audience.
TikTok has turned from a creative hub into a poorly managed dump. They don’t value your time, your money, or your community. If you are a creator, be warned: you are building on sand, and TikTok will kick you out the moment their broken algorithm glitches.
Shame on you, TikTok. You are losing your best people.
