While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Condone's modern day slavery
Condone's modern day slavery. Read the reviews on these so called pay to earn apps they are allowing on their site. Plus stole money from my account. Also messed with my Google account and put my gaming streak back to 0 even though I did 75 days straight. Dirty little lying company, just like that downing street bloke (I wont name but we all know who he is). Time to vote no to technology and take out the trash!
Invoice Not Provided and Unhelpful Customer Service
I would like to bring attention to my recent experience.
I completed a booking online through Booking, and the payment was successfully processed and deducted from my account.
Afterward, I requested an official invoice as proof of payment, but my request was not addressed. I have been following up for three days and still have not received the invoice or a clear explanation.
Providing proper documentation after an online payment is a basic customer right and an important part of transparency. Unfortunately, the way this matter has been handled has left me feeling dissatisfied and concerned.
I advise others to always ensure they receive formal confirmation and proper records when making online payments.
Google spy on you all the time and sell your data.
Hello,
I don't like that Google spy on you all the time when you use their products.
They collect all your data, even from gDrive and other services and sell it to other companies. That is how the earn money from this source.
Additionally I read in a book that Google in user licence agrement of gDrive has a paragraph that all Your contect and data you store in gDrive can be legaly used, sold etc by Google, so it means that all YOUR collected data you store in gDrive is not only yours but Google can do with it what they want.
Imagine you are writing book which could be such success like Harry Potter and you store it on gDrive. Imagine how Google could use it without your agreement.
So, yes. I don't like Google and their motto - Don't be evil - I think is just a nice bluff of theirs because with such a Google practices how can't you call this comapny evil?
Failure to Protect Users
I have been subjected to repeated failures by this company’s systems that compromise my safety and privacy. Despite reaching out multiple times for support regarding account security and breaches, I have been met with circular responses, delays, and limitations that leave me unable to secure my accounts or regain control.
The lack of meaningful assistance has caused serious stress and mental exhaustion, as the systems in place fail to protect users or acknowledge the severity of breaches. It is unacceptable that good-faith users are left vulnerable, with safety and privacy disregarded while processes prioritize technical limits or policies over real human impact.
I hope this review encourages the company to take accountability for security failures and provide real, actionable support to users whose trust has been compromised.

GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE PHOTOs
GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE PHOTOs We have been urging GOOGLE for several years to remove the business profile pictures uploaded by an unknown individual, which appears when our business is searched. These images are completely unrelated to our operations, and we have no connection to the person depicted. It is surprising that someone can publicly post images on another entity's Google Business Profile without permission. Despite our repeated emails requesting the removal of these unauthorized images, we have received no response, and they have remained on our profile for an extended period. It is baffling that GOOGLE's AI analytics cannot recognize such a basic issue.
Below is Google's BRILLIANT answer
"Google has made it easier for customers to share their experiences directly on our merchant profile. Visuals help our community know exactly what to expect, and your unique perspective is invaluable to us. I am sorry that is happening but that is how Google business profile system works"
Google Chrome Operating System is JUNK
This review is for the Google Chrome Operating System. I am leaving it here because I can't find a specific place related to their OS to be able to leave it. I have a Samsung tablet that runs this pathetic Google OS and it is junk. Specifically, it is not compatible with many of the apps that I use on my laptop. Thankfully, I use this tablet only once in a while when travelling. When I do, I have to wait until I return home to be able to do many of the things that I would normally do on my laptop. I only take this tablet due to weight and size when travelling on airlines. The experience I have had with system incompatibility has definitely made my decision to never purchase another piece of electronics using the Chrome OS an easy one. The other thing is that no matter how many problem reports are submitted, there is never any feedback from Google.
GOOGLE UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND THEIR OWN TECH
If I could give a lower score, I would.
I recently changed my phone and my telephone number. Simple you might think? Not with Google. They have made a very simple technical upgrade into a major technical disaster. I can only assume it is because they cannot understand their own tech now.
First, I "deleted" my old number and phone. Google confirmed this. I tried to set up my account on my new phone, 😂😂😂. Google was unable to manage this simple procedure and refused to set up the account on my new phone because ... wait for it ... I could not not confirm my account on my old phone with my old number! Yes folks, the illusion Google has built to advertise themselves as the most advanced, security email service is just that, an illusion, a crock.
I have tried over days to set up my account on my new phone only to be told by Google that I need to verify my details on a phone I no longer have on a number I no longer have. And they want you to accept their new security features.
Google is walking backwards into AI and anyone who follows them into it deserves all the failures Google has now become.
Wrongful Termination of Google One Student Subscription and Breach of Implied Contract
Wrongful Termination of Google One Student Subscription and Breach of Implied Contract. By offering a specific student trial, verifying my credentials via SheerID, and activating the service, Google entered into a binding agreement. I provided consideration in the form of personal data verification and account activity. Google’s abrupt cancellation without a specific, provable violation of the Terms of Service (ToS) constitutes a breach of this agreement. To deny service based on an algorithmic error, while ignoring the exculpatory evidence provided in Case, is an unfair business practice.
Money More Important Than Customers
Google say that it is perfectly acceptable for a company to bombard your email with advertising (Beaverbrooks in question). Obviously the monies they get from companies are more important than their customers.
Seriously looking at changing my browser. Google is not fit for purpose and I award them my “Triple P” award.

No more Google Pixel
Google has been trying for years to compete with the big names with their Pixel smartphones. But their efforts rely heavily on other manufacturers to build them, and as a result, their devices lag behind names like Apple and Samsung in terms of hardware. Even emerging Chinese brands are now superior to Google Pixels in terms of hardware.
But now that Google is undermining its own update policy, the Pixel models have suddenly become completely uninteresting. One important advantage has always been the update policy for Pixels, which others couldn't match. Even older Pixels were the first to receive new Android versions, but perhaps even more importantly, they also received security updates. And now Google is suddenly changing that without any notice or warning. A Pixel 7 that is only three years old will suddenly no longer receive security updates from November 2025 onwards. Yes, once a quarter, they say. But that's not a firm commitment, so you'll just have to wait and see if it happens.
And with that, Google has destroyed the only remaining advantage of the Pixels. The mediocre hardware performance, the large and heavy models, and now an unclear update policy make the Pixels, which are currently priced as top models, extremely unattractive. I gave the Pixel 7 a try, but that was my last attempt. No more Google Pixels for me. And I don't think I'm the only one.
Tip for Google. Put the customer/users back at the centre and implement a clear and open policy without surprises. It seems that Google has become so big that they spend more time behind their management desks and in their development labs and forget that there is such a thing as a customer. That's a shame.
Google illegally asking for ID
I live in the EU, and I am 60 years old. Google (Yahoo) has changed my setting because they can't confirm I am an adult. And I need to upload my ID.
As Google is a company in the USA, I will NOT upload an ID.
In the EU only government, police and similar entities can ask for an ID. For sure not a company that supports a president that is a felon, a racist who discriminates not only woman but everyone who isn't rich, white, and male. Google should be forbidden in the EU. Immediately
Horrible for privacy, with features no one asked for

Stop advertising scam companies
Stop advertising scam companies. Maybe a class action suit can stop them and force them to vet companies for legitimacy.
