I ordered bottles of Dom Perignon on 18 December. Customer service assured me that they would be shipped on 19 December. As of today, 22 December, my order has not even been given to the DPD courier. Disappointing service.

Missing items in my order
Order #25000102773 is an absolute disaster.
I ordered 1 glass and 2 bottles of Tekirdağ Yaş Üzüm Rakı, but the package arrived with only the glass. The two bottles are completely missing.
On top of that, it’s impossible to reach customer service — no response at all.
I’m writing this so no one else falls into the same trap: Missing items, zero communication.

Buy wine elsewhere!
On November 16, 2025 I ordered 12 bottles of Italian wine from Topdrinks.
The total price for the order was immediately charged to my credit card .
On November 21, 2025 the driver arrived at my address in to deliver my order.
The driver was unpleasant and I told him that I wanted to check the content of the box.
When I turned around to open the box the driver just left, without saying anything.
After opening the box, I found that it only contained 8 bottles. (There was enough space for four more bottles.)
Also, the labels one of the bottles of the Marrone Barbaresco 2021 was very dirty/smeared and the bottle itself shows signs of having been frozen or dropped in something dirty.
Accordingly, I requested that the company arrange delivery of the missing five bottles and take back the “dirty” one.
Following two requests for pictures from the company
and a number of email communications, I was eventually reimbursed for the missing bottles. No explanations, no apoligies.

AVOID!!!! Awful customer service. Not possible to reach them by phone. Slow to answer emails.
I never received my order, spent a month of hounding them to get it resent or get a refund - and still ended up paying for shipping for an order i never got.
TOTAL SCAM.
9/24 - ordered 1200kr worth of alcohol.
9/29 - order was supposed to be delivered on by this day, but never arrived. According to tracking, it arrived was denmark from 9/26-9/30, but then went back to Netherlands in stead of being delivered. I assume the bottles were broken and therefore sent back...
10/2 - emailed them to ask about the order and was offered a refund. I replied that I still wanted the order, so asked them to just resend it. No response.
10/6 - after sending them three more emails, they finally replied and said they couldn't resend my order and they would process my refund when they received the order back. I sent them a screenshot of the tracking showing that ithad already been delivered to them 3 days earlier. No response.
10/8 - after several more emails from me, they assure me that they will process my refund as soon as possible.
10/10 - 2.5 weeks after my original order. still no delivery or refund - although the package has now been back with them for a week. They responded that they are arranging a "prompt" refund.
10/14 - they write to say that they have now finally STARTED the refund process and that it will take 5 days.
10/19 - i received notification of a refund - but not the total amount i paid. my shipping costs were not refunded. I send them two more emails asking them to refund the rest of the money - no response. I still have not been refunded the shipping costs.
The advertised prices look good, but I would avoid ordering from them - it ended up costing me money and a lot of time spent emailing and trying to phone them.
Package Damaged, complained but no resolution to date.
Package attempted to be delivered 22 Oct. I refused the package because at least one of the whisky bottles was broken. Apparently returned byu Chronopost but on 29 Oct showed as being delivered to me, not so. Exact same package was delivered to me 8 November in the same state. This time the package was left so I could not refuse delivery. Opened and found one of the whisky bottles broken. I have written numerous emails both to Topdrinks FR and Topdrinks NL (the package was sent from NL). Emails sporadically respondeds to saying they were investigating then stated I would get a prompt refund. All words but no action. Impossible to contact by telephone, NL number does not exist, and FR number goes straight to music and never picks up. This seems to be a re-occurring theme with Top Drinks from what I've seen with other customers who have had damaged or missing packages. I have now opened a claim with PayPal
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I did not receive the delivery I ordered 10 days ago. Delivery was postponed 3 times, then PostNL cancelled it due to damage. I informed them of the situation immediately. My refund has not been processed yet. I cannot get response to my emails. I am not able to reach by phone as well. If you would like to put your money into trash, you can use their service.
Fast shipping, good customer service
Even it’s from Netherlands or what ever, they shipped pretty fast. I needed help with something, they replied instantly. And precise. I loved that. After 3 days I changed my mind and ordered more. That already arrived as well.
Topdrinks ignores refund requests for orders broken during transit
I have made an order on Topdrinks, which got broken in transit. I thus never received it, and the Topdrinks customer support said I would be refunded shortly. Then, they simply stopped responding to my emails and I never got refunded. It has been 6 weeks that it has been going on, where I'm regularly sending them an email and never getting an answer.
I'm seeing from other reviews that this is a common trend with that website: I clearly don't recommend ordering anything from them, as I'm not even sure I'll ever get my money back! This was an expensive order, this is absolutely not ok, and not something an honest company would do.

Out of date delivery
The order arrived a little late but that was okay.
Unfortunately they delivered eggwhites that were out of date even before we ordered. When I complained, I got an automated reply and have received several since when asking for my money back.
Money has not been returned.
It is not a big amount but it shows unreliability and it is difficult to trust them again.

The delivery performance was very poor because i made an orderr the same day but the delivery took almost one week because they were coming differently which made me to go to post nl punt 3 times to pick up the packages
Didn’t have the product I bought and paid for
I ordered a gin, but after not hearing anything for some time I decided to write. It turned out it was out of stock, and they didn’t have it anymore, but they didn’t reach out to me or anything to let me know. Only good thing is I didn’t have to fight or anything to get my money back, but it’s insanely bad service you have to reach out yourself to find out they don’t even have the product you paid for.
Only received excuses, not the items I paid for.
Placed and paid for an order on 8 July 2025. Topdrinks.nl were notified several times that I have not received the order, they told me that they will follow up with PostNL. According to PostNL, they never received the parcel. Based on my experience and other current reviews, it seems that the company is in difficulty. Rather order somewhere else, as you might lose your money.
Topdrinks.nl refunded me in full after this review.
