Two high value bottles were designated…
Two high value bottles were designated as delivered to my home in my letterbox. Except they weren't!
Took a long time, filling out forms etc to eventually get Delicando to re send the missing bottles. The delivery company DHL also eventually emailed me to confirm they had not delivered the missing bottles..... very stressful 2 weeks and as a first time customer, I will not use them again ! I did receive an apology from them however the content was more telling me how well they did to rectify the situation when it was me that did all the work !!

We are very sorry that your delivery caused you inconvenience and stress, especially as this was your first order with us. A shipment being marked as delivered when it has not arrived does not meet our standards or our expectations of our logistics partners.
Although we arranged a replacement shipment, we understand your impression that you had to invest a significant amount of time and effort in resolving the issue. For this, we sincerely apologise. In such cases, we unfortunately depend on certain feedback to clarify the situation, but we always strive to keep the effort required from our customers to a minimum.
We regret that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion.
