Overall, my experience has been very good. The system is easy to operate and the portability is very useful. It provides a reliable measure of oxygen consumption. I would give 5 stars if it also measured RER. I knew that it did not measure it when I bought the system, but it would add a lot of value to research, particularly under conditions of dietary manipulation.
I must say that dealing with the staff at VO2 Master is an absolute delight!!! I train professional hockey players, UFC to Olympic athletes and using this device allows for me to do my job assessing my clients respiratory system very accurately.
