Mark, James and the others that I have worked with have been very professional and helpful. The products I'm using work well and the app is good too.
Mark knows the azuga system very well and made suggestions to me about using features we didn't know existed. Which was eye opening and will be valuable to us to utilize.
I presented an issue and Mark called right away to get the issue resolved promptly. Great customer support!!
Very willing to help & assist with any and all situations that we may need.

Our company has been an Azuga customer for over 3 years. In July of 2025 I called customer service to find out if we are still under a contract since I was missing our documentation. I was sent a signed "Order Form" which detailed the length of the agreement (3 yrs) which ended in May of 2025. I specifically asked if we have any other obligations and the employee stated "no, you are on a month to month now". We tried to cancel our service in January 2026, and we were sent a "General Terms & Conditions" document which stated that there is an auto-renewal of 3 years if we didn't cancel prior to the original 3-year term. This document was not part of the "Order Form" that was sent to me. This is a very deceptive way of keeping customers from cancelling service.

I was a customer with Azuga for over 5 years. Our company decided to go another direction with fleet GPS tracking. I tried to cancel account two years ago and Azuga representatives told me that I missed the cutoff for renewal by two days. They said I would have to pay for another year for termination fees. I kept for another year and tried to cancel account 2 weeks before automatic renewal. No one responded until after renewal date and told me I missed the termination date and that my contract had just renewed. Now they are trying to charge me for termination - cancellation fees.

Even though we ultimately chose a different solution to fit our companies needs better, I wanted to share that Vince provided excellent support throughout the process and made the decision pretty difficult to choose between. He was patient, knowledgeable, and consistently helpful in answering all of our questions. His professionalism made the evaluation experience smooth, and we truly appreciated the time and effort he put into helping us explore Azuga. He represented the company very well.

simon helps me to install camera devices. thanks man im all good to go
Helena was great she helped me every step of the way
The assistance I received from Deborah Medrano was outstanding. She successfully added all of the company’s drivers and synchronized them with their assigned beacon cards. Deborah is also exceptional in her responsiveness to any inquiries or questions our company has regarding the telematics system.
The funny thing about this experience is that I was having an issue with a GPS device that had just failed and Mark Albo from Azuga called me just as I was reaching out to him.
Mark had me up and running in no time at all. I had a spare device to use, but he has promised to send me a replacement ASAP. We will see.
Helena handled my login and re-order issues immediately and completely. Couldn't have asked for anything else.
Thank you
Samantha Black was very instrumental helping us navigate the website. 5 Stars for her.
Quick to pick up the phone to sell it. Struggle to get technical support once they have sold it to you.

Products are not bad but they lock you in with hidden clauses and loopholes in the contract. They have auto renewals hidden in their contract and if you add a device or service they have a contract with timeline for each device instead of just looping it in with your existing agreement. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO HORRIBLE! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS, JUST YOUR MONEY.

Read your contract and make them give you a full copy of your contract before you sign anything!!!!! If you don’t they’ll say it’s on our website but there is no mechanism to ensure it doesn’t change over time without you being notified.
Also be sure you know they have fees and good luck cancelling service! You will be charged for cancelling service, and a nearly $150 per unit fee to return their terrible devices.
I really hope you read this and decide not to use them. Terrible organization!

Azuga has been a fantastic addition to our fleet operations. Kurt and Simon made the onboarding process incredibly simple, and we can’t thank them enough. The real-time, easy-to-use GPS tracking has improved our visibility, and the safety cameras help keep our drivers focused and distraction-free. The accident-ready video evidence also gives us confidence in determining fault quickly and accurately.
Mark was very helpful in guiding me through the setup process with Azuga and taking time to explain the various features of the software
