Delivery was on time, no issues! I like the possibility of picking the package up at anytime the Albert heijn is open, gives me a lot of freedom.

So far it has been working great, only had an issue with the app that didnt recognize my phone number but it works now.

Budbee delivery takes ages, and after they deliver they don’t even provide the code to pick the package up. You have to go through all of the client services and waste your time before getting it.

Budbee is not really a good choice. Not as bad as Fedex Finland, PostNord or the Finnish Posti, but light years behind Matkahuolto and other cheaper and better quality operators.
