Appalling customer service. We’ve been waiting weeks for a refund from a late night flight cancelled suddenly by EasyJet in January. The agent I spoke to on the live chat was clueless and despite me stating very clearly what had happened, he just kept asking the same questions. Eventually he told me to put in a query using the online contact form, but gave me the wrong information so I got through to the wrong dept who flat out refused to help, no offer to signpost me elsewhere. God knows if we’ll ever get our refund! Apparently they say it should take 7 days. Shockingly bad company
I wanted to book assistance for my disabled partner at Gatwick and Amsterdam but I couldn’t. I have to go to the booking agent.

I needed to notify ‘special assistance team’ that I needed to take a medical bag. Website says this must be done at least 48hrs before departure. Also that the helpline is for in airport assistance (eg. wheelchairs & mobility only).
I used a contact form for special assistance ( response time 48hrs- no response).
Chat line AI- goes around in circles recommending general helpline but gives no numbers. All a waste of time.
All most impossible to book assist travelers .different phone numbers call centers abroad give up in the end will not use them again

However i Rang uk number. And spoke to a lovely gentleman who organised assitance from the plane to the terminal on my return flight in a few days . Hope it goes well.
