Mixed bag.

The check in at edinburgh airport is the way forward.
Straight onto self service scales and put bags onto the bag drop conveyor belt.
Cannot fault any easyjet staff in edinburgh airport.
Arrive in krakow airport, no steps ordered nor any buses to take us to the terminal building resulting in a good 15 further delay on already 1 hour late departure.
The check in desk at krakow airport a disaster.
No information atall what desk to use, just a wee orange easyjet sign on a pole , take a guess that in correct line and by time get to the front its only 2 people checking in 2 flights together in 1 line.
Easyjet staff in krakow are rude, non smiling and cannot be bothered serving british customers.

Amateurs and unprofessional.

These amateurs are still scamming me out if £170.
Week after week they try with their letters, however unknown to them, I know all about these clowns as they appear on Martin Lewis website as scam artists.
Their place that they are trying to scam me is kinnoul street car park Perth.

Hopefully I get my day in court so I can get the judge to award me thousands of pounds in compensation for my time and the hassle of dealing with these folk.

Delivery was first thing in morning so did not have to wait in all day and nobody turns up at 7-8pm like alot of companies do.

Incompetent company

Another month, another letter.
Saying I owe £170 even though I have tried telling them I have evidence I paid car park in full and in fact they are due me as no change issued by the machine.
They do not respond to any letter but they expect you to drop what you are doing and fill their back pockets for bogus charges.
Keep threatening court action even though I have sent them 2 separate letters, first 1 said cease and desist your threatening letters and 2nd let's go to court to settle this matter with a judge , both ignored!!!

Really hope this goes to court so I can issue legal action myself and get judge to award me maximum amount of compensation for my time in dealing with these people.

Do not pay any attention to the fake 5 stars put on their website by their staff.

Cowboy outfit

Once again, another week another letter, this amateur company have sent me another demand for £170.

After some digging, I have discovered this is a scam between kinnoul Street car park in Perth and dcbl.
Do not believe the 5 stars reviews by their own employees as they clearly not real people as you do not answer the phone nor responding to any of my letters of complaint.
These people are also on Martin Lewis website as a scam company, and unregulated so have zero powers.
They say you never paid enough, do not send any proof but demand £170 and hope to scare you into paying.
I am a fully competent adult not a older person so you will NOT scare me.


Get it through your thick skulls, I overpaid in car park, if you want to chase me up for alleged non payment let's go to court and get a judge to sort it out, and when I prove to the judge I am correct, I will instruct court proceedings for maximum amount of compensation for the hassle and my time.

Cowboy company

Another month, Another letter !!
Trying to con me out of £170 for a non existence of a debt.
Paid more than meant to in car park as machine does not give change and you have the cheek to say I owe £170 !!!
Instead of sending out letters threatening to add on fees and come to my door demanding payment,stop contacting me or let's go to court where I will prove to the judge that I have paid and I will sue for maximum amount of compensation for my time.

Your choice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did take a few attempts for photo id to be excepted, however after that plain sailing.
Easy enough to apply for loan.
Spoke only once with customer service advisor and she was polite.
Will definitely use this company again in future if need a wee extra in paying for something.

Rogue company

This amateur company are a law into themselves.
Not once sent out a letter saying parking infringement until appeal deadline has passed!!
Think £170 rising to £325 if we go to court is going to persuade me to pay, they have another think coming.
Reading all the positive feedback, can tell a mile away are staff and FAKE REVIEWS!!!
Don't bother contacting me through trustpilot with your pathetic attempt to get me to engage with you either, as will not respond, just post out the court hearing and I'll show judge evidence im due you nothing.
I will see you lot in court and get judge to award compensation in my favour.

Wide range of products to choose from

Sales person was knowledgeable.
Did feel however slightly pushed to spend more money than I planned by being pushed into extra insurance, wheels for couches and cleaning products so price kept jumping higher and higher by the minute.

Picked 2 new sofas to be delivered in hopefully the 5 weeks we have been advised.

I have told this lot in Dunfermline branch that I am not going ahead with the loan as changed my mind.
Every single day I am getting phoned to change my mind, so I have had to now block their number but they are still trying.

If you answer the call and let us know that you are no longer interested in taking a loan with us, we would mark your account and decline the application. Therefore, no further calls would be made to you.

More often than not, our calls are not answered so we are unsure whether the loan is still required, therefore we would continue to attempt contact. If we are told that the loan is not required then we can quickly update that application and move on to the next customer. This saves both customers time and our time.

Met sales representative at Stirling shopping centre and had look at the display. Ordered 2 seats for my rear garden so can sit in the sun and they were delivered 2 weeks later as promised.
Delivery guy put the chairs in my garden for me which was a big help as I have back issues

Good quality materials used.
Sturdy made.
Built to last.

Crooks scam artists

These people are crooks and are scam artists.
Did not send me first letter saying what offence meant to be, which is a serious breach of terms and conditions for running a car park.
Will not reply to correspondence but have sent me 2 letters threatening me and saying going to be going to court, well bring it on as I have proof I paid for sufficient time in car park, plus will show the court that they have failed to follow procedures and I'll also be asking the court to award me substantial amount in damages for stress and my time fighting these clowns.
Next letter I send will be to financial regulators to get these folk struck off register.
