Sorted out the problem of erroneously recording a five year old case of ID fraud which had downgraded my credit score by about 250 points. However, it took more than a week and clearly a lot of doubt... See more

Courteous customer service agent very quick in replying and sorting my query out.
I have been dealing with Experian over several days and on every occasion I found the staff to be very polite, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The predicament I was in meant their expertise was invaluable in sorting out my problem.
I received an email from my bank with a link before Christmas, saying that there had been a data breach and to create an account with you.
I tried to do this but the system couldn't verify me.
I've telephoned for help 3 times about this and got absolutely nowhere.
The first time I was told to create another email address. I didn't want to do this. The second time I was told to send my driver's licence in. That was ignored, as the answer amongst the waffle was, 'You've got one more chance to to try to be verified.'
Then last week I spoke to Amy, who said, that she was going to find out what the problem is and phone me back the following day. I'm still waiting. However, what she did make sure that she did, was to get me to fill out a survey.
No-one should be asked to fill out a survey until they know if their specific issue has been resolved or not. That's a con.
I Will do my best to improve semantics all the best

I check Experian when I need to see my credit report or looking for new credit cards, I seen they had a credit card that was still on file that I’d payed off, so I got in touch on their app which was really easy and they removed it very quickly and it helped my credit score once it updated.
