Personal assistance from start till end by Mikkel H., patient, explanatory and competent guidance on the phone, delivery planned long ahead (TV temp. out of stock) still executed accurately and reliably. The TV set purchased is mind-blowing adding up to the positive experience.

Ordered a brand new philips tv worth…
Ordered a brand new philips tv worth 17000, and everything went nice but when I received it i found the accessories all looked wrapped in old plastic with all scratches on the plastic, like super scratched. I didn't dare to unpack the TV as I am sure it is a demo in the shop or returned one. It is not okay to push returned ones as new. I
Update: They did sawp the one for new apparently philips somehow makes scracthes under the remote or the distributor. Overall they sorted the issue and was easy to work with but then I made an other order and told the seller to wait but they sent me to rki for something i have no received even I specifically told I will wait. what a mess.very disorganized

EXCELLENT PRODUCTS & SERVICE
I bought a B&O Beoplay 95 Black from Casper and they phoned me up to hear what type of shipping I preferred and got it a few days later, without shipping cost.
To be honest, I have never experienced this level of extremely fast and positive service before. The headphones are insanely beautiful, easy to use and the sound is EPIC. This was my first dealing with ‘Lyd & Billede Specialisten’ and I’m definently coming Bach !!

The Q90t is simply a fantastic tv
The Q90t is simply a fantastic tv. I managed to give an incorrect mobile number, but Casper managed to still sort out prompt delivery, even though it was my mistake and also maintained the initial discounted price. Delivery was quick, friendly and helpful. I would absolutely use this company again.

LG OLED CX 2020
It was a pleasure working with Lyd og Billede Specialisten, Lars Bjørnstrup was my handler and he was very helpful. I had to replace my first TV order with the LG OLED and he happily accomodated my request to deliver the new TV and pick-up the old one via PostNord free of charge, so as not to inconvenience me.
The delivery was also very quick considering they are in Frederikshavn and I live in Søborg.
Overall - really really satisfied with the fantastic service at lbs.dk
