Very poor service and slow delivery. Ordered a product. It's been more than a month and until now it's not been delivered. I've requested a refund. Hope they refund. Bad experience.

They do not refund the money in legal time!!
18 days ago they received the products I returned and they never sent back the money I paid!
Moreover, because you cannot create an account on their site, you cannot follow the orders you make etc.
I really don't know how can such a site exist in Danmark. I sent 3 emails until now and no answer!
L.E. Incredible! They answered my review here with lies such as that they did not see that they have unanswered emails from me!!! Although, when I made an official complaint at Nævnenes Hus, I sent screenshots of emails unanswered and this complain with all the docs attached I sent to Netlingeri also.

Hi Liliana, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you had a bad experience at our shop. However, we would like to summarize the process.
Our customer service has answered emails from you respectively on 18 April (where you subsequently assessed that you had received good advice) and on 20 April. We sent you a return label for your order on April 18th and see that you sent your package back on April 27th. We received your package on April 28th and then have 14 days to process your return. Your money was refunded to your account on May 15th. I am very sorry that the return process has taken 2 days too long. We have been very busy, which of course must not mean that we provide poor service, so I apologize!
So your money has been refunded and I don't see that we have received unanswered emails from you.
Unfortunately, our current system does not allow you to create an account, but I will take your suggestion to our web developers. Have a nice day.

Don't shop from here. You will have to pay for returns your self, it cost me 300 sek to return 4 bras from Sweden.
